Hard to get open the first time. Needs to be mounted to be secure. Reasonable for price
I'll start by saying that I think this safe is a decent buy considering the price. I would say that it offers a good amount of protection however with the following caveats:1) The first time you open the safe you have to unbolt the keyhole cover. They are tightened down with too much force and are stripped or poorly machined. I returned the first one I got because of this, but managed to get one (and only one) of the hex bolts loose on the second safe. I was able to slide (pivot) the cover enough to use the key but will probably have to drill out the second bolt at some point2) The deposit doesn't have any sort of cantilever system to block access. you can easily reach into the safe (but only touch the top) If you don't secure this safe with bolts to the wall all you would need to do is turn it upside down to get everything out. -- Bottom line, you need to secure this for it to be effective.With that in mind, I think this is a fairly stout secure safe for the price.

Broke after 3 months and the door won't close.
Can't close the door is stuck and there's no contact info for seller. It's not even about the $$ for the safe, it cost more to have it installed and now it's just stuck in an open position.

Nice sturdy product, keys and lock didn’t cooperate at first but I got them working
