Amazon Basics 2-Ply Flex-Sheets Paper Towels, 12 Basics Rolls = 40 Regular Rolls, Everyday Value with 150 Sheets per Roll, Packaging May Vary

These are cheap paper towels and do exactly what you need them to. I like the size of each square of material, and prefer it over the ones that have larger sections. They resemble the generic brand carried by Home Depot but are cheaper and easier to find. The only real draw back to these is they don't like to tear well on the preforationed line.

Five stars. These paper towels are surprisingly absorbent. Water, coffee, cat-related incidents, and apparently tea that has been sitting around so long it has developed its own security clearance. I tested one sheet on a normal kitchen spill. Gone immediately. Then I tried it on some much older tea. That required several sheets because this particular spill involved 12 years of research, mysterious family members in the CIA, a sudden “have a good life ✌️,” a no-contact order issued directly by text message, and enough friendship history to require its own document retention policy. The Flex-Sheets are convenient because you can select exactly how much towel the situation requires. Small spill? Half sheet. Coffee disaster? Full sheet. Someone resurrecting an argument from 20 years ago at 4:57 AM and announcing they’re too old for a frenemy? Honestly, take the roll. They’re strong when wet too. I even whispered “anti-Scientology” near one and it didn’t block me. 🙂 Overall, excellent paper towels. They clean up almost anything. Almost. Some messes apparently need 12 years of research.

These paper towels work well for wiping counters, cleaning small spills, and other everyday jobs. The selectable sheet size helps reduce waste when only a small piece is needed. They are not as thick as some premium brands, but the absorbency is reasonable for the price.

These are pretty rough. Probably the first Amazon Basics item I thought was of such sub-par quality that it deserved an honest review. The paper itself is rough feeling. It doesn't tear from the roll fully without tearing into the next sheet. It has minimal absorption. I bought these because we were about out of our other "quicker picker upper" brand, and these could arrive next day. I won't make this mistake again. Some things are with the wait and the few bucks extra.

Solid paper towels for everyday spills and cleaning. The flex-sheets are convenient when you only need a small piece, so there’s less waste. They’re absorbent enough for most household messes and the price is reasonable. Not the thickest paper towels out there, but they get the job done.

Great paper towels at a low price!!! Size of roll is super generous with super tough quality. I would spend so much on paper towels that didn’t last and would rip. These towels you can use for any clean up kitchen bathrooms and per messes!! Appearance is great and doesn’t look cheap! Never will buy different paper towels again!

I read the good reviews, so I set my expectations high and ignored the negative ones. I usually use Bounty or Kirkland, which are great, sturdy paper towels as we all know. I anticipated these would be thinner, but not of such poor quality. Amazon Basics items usually exceed my expectations, but this one was a real disappointment.These are cheap, low-grade paper towels rather than real, quality towels. Just like another reviewer warned, a sheet almost always rips right down the middle when you try to pull it off the roll. I thought that person was just pulling too roughly, but it's completely true. I have to be a heart surgeon every time I take a piece just so I don't rip it in half! That is so annoying.You get what you pay for with these Amazon Basics paper towels. My main use is wiping up liquids in the kitchen. When I wipe the surface of a wet cutting board that has knife cuts and a slightly rough surface, a bunch of wet paper lint and shreds come off, making an even bigger mess. A good paper towel cleanly soaks up the water without falling apart.Nevertheless, the value is definitely good. I will use them for lighter tasks—like patting dry smooth fruits and vegetables after washing, or wiping down countertops, stovetops, floors, and pet messes. It is usable, just not nearly as good as the name brands. I will alternate between a good brand and this cheap Amazon Basics pack around the house. Overall, it is what it is: cheap paper. :)

So - not proud but we use paper towel constantly and for cleaning to napkins. These aren’t necessarily the most absorbent - but have never not been absorbent enough. They don’t have a nice feel, they read ‘budget’ and each ‘towel’ may be skimped down in length BUT - generally the skimped thickness and length only impacts our use positively- almost always grab 2 sections for napkins - 1 too small and 2 is overkill - so a little less works just as well and using less product AND - I can’t beat price anywhere really - especially when I can add it to orders already receiving it is good for budget,is convenient and if all else was equal (I know it isn’t) - should be more sustainable of my options - it is a clear winner for our household. Only reason not 5 stars is because I know it reads budget - so not same as some brand names that are using feel and such to add value they can charge more for. As far as function/convenience/price and amount of paper used though - it is just best option I have found, by a mile. Has never failed functionally - for any task we use it for and we have animals and have tradespeople in household who get really dirty sometimes.

Great for small spills but the paper towel is not as strong as the brand I usually used. However, it is good for the price.

I cannot believe you're charging people almost $13 for this and even on sale it's like $8 after taxes and even the dollar store quality is better and cheaper. I'm definitely returning these. Shouldn't cost more than $4 WITH tax.
