VIOFO GPS Module - for G1W-S, A118, A118-C, A118C, A118C2 DashCam

some viofo dash cams do not have built-in GPS, hence this module. works perfectly though somewhat bulky. cord is much too long. only need about 6-8 inches. works with my G1W-S camera very well. good luck.

We use these in quantity for an outdoor oilfield application. They work great, we have not had a single problem with any of them and since they have real UBlox chips inside they consume a very low current around 25mA. Others we have tried, that may look similar but have fake chips inside often use 80-100mA which is very high for battery powered equipment causing short run times. Cant remember the exact number, but we have bought at least 75. Highly recommended!Get the real deal you will not be dissapointed.

Bought this GPS Module for my VIOFO A118C2Dash Cam.Installed the GPS module, plugged in the GPS module to the Dash Cam and enabled the module in the Dash Cam setup. After several hours the Dash Cam is still showing No GPS......what a waste of $$.Will return the GPS Module
