I liked the idea of having a selfie stick/ monopod with a removable tripod.I am very happy with the build quality of stick. It feels solid and comfortable in the hand. It was a little stiff extending, but seams to have loosened up and is easy to extend. The extension locks up real nice. The end where the camera attaches is real easy to use. It has a easy to adjust locking head. The tripod adaptor is suprisinly heavy, but nice to have the option to be able to stand my camera on its own.I don't plan to use this with my phone, but I did try out the included cell phone adaptor and it fits my Note8.

Perfect. This is the selfie pole that I have been searching for for a long time. I use it with the gear 360 camera. Its hard to find a pole that's not made for the gopro. The gopro mount doesn't work well right with adapters for the 360 camera. Its got a 1/4 in mounting hole on the bottom which is necessary too. The accessories are nice too. The tripod that comes with this is nice and level but mainly good for solid surfaces like cement or flooring. If you want to use it on grass or in the forest I'd recommend attaching a bigger mini tripod like the ones from manfrotto. I probably have tied 8 selfie poles and this one is the best at least for the gear 360 camera.

I've been using this for 7 months and it's pretty good. Sometimes the extendable parts get stuck so I have to spend more time than I'd like twisting and pulling it to expand but overall it feels sturdy. The camera mount fits my Ricoh Theta and Samsung Gear 360 and they feel very sturdy when they're screwed on.Major downside is that this monopod is NOT STURDY WHEN IT'S WINDY! The tiny "tripod" base is very small and only works when there's no wind. I broke my first 360 camera because I was using this monopod and a wind gust tipped it over... After that happend I like to weigh the base down by putting my backpack or bike chain around the tripod base to give it more stability.

Well built stand, and it is very portable so it deserves nothing short of 5 stars in that regard. However, the bottom screw is too large, and does not allow for the Ricoh Theata V to charge and be on the stand at the same time. I won’t knock off any stars simply because logically the camera’s internal memory fills before the battery dies, I just wish I could keep it plugged in so it wouldn’t die after I move all of my videos over.

I don't do too many negative reviews but this tripod/selfie stick is just bad design. I have a wide range of tripods, gorilla pods, mono pods, that go from cheap and functional to expensive and smooth.This stopped working within a day. The lock down for the camera swivel failed before I went through one charge on my camera. The camera is a 360 Xiaomi Mijia that weighs less than a cellphone and needs to be level for a good shot. The lockdown will not hold the camera and it just flops over. I thought at first it was a loose screw so I put it away until I got back from a trip out of town. Unfortunately the screw holding the lockdown was already tight and the thing is just worthless pot metal. I almost bought a replacement but since it failed so quickly I decided it would be better to use the $20.00 to get better quality. I don't expect it to last forever for 20 but longer than one day would be fair. Stay away and find different solution.

Wow, really surprised at the construction of this selfie stick. I've gone through quite a few and I think this is the one. Has a very secure tripod at the base that opens wide and feels very solid. I plan on using this on a mount in my boat for my go pro. It also comes with a mount for a camera if desired. This is not one of those cheap flimsy ones, very nicely made and has two extendable extensions. Very nice, happy with purchase.

A lot of great reviews so mine must've been a faulty unit. The locking mechanism to reach 36" wouldn't lock, soit was basically useless. The Tripod looked ok but without an extension, I didn't bother and returned it. I'd rather spendmore $$ and get a quality stick & tripod. I can be frugal but this is one product I'm not looking for savings, butquality.

I bought this to hold up my laser level.. thought its compact size would work well in the tool boxyou get what you pay for... the legs are small making it very unstable and if you have a large phone like the Note 5 - it won't fit in the provided clamp.. another.. item I now own and don't use .. I will give it away to toss it out
