I purchased this to replace a broken passenger door handle on a 2000 Toyota Sienna. I needed both the exterior handle, lock, and trim along with the internal part that attaches under the door panel, and this purchase included both.The black plastic interior part that goes against the bare metal lined up perfectly. However the two holes (one in the handle and one in the lock) that you are supposed to insert the metal rods that work the handle and lock mechanism were too small for the factory rods in the Sienna.Fortunately I was able to drill them out larger. After making the holes larger, I attached the two metal rods and secured the black plastic base to the bare metal door. Then I put the door panel back into place. Once that was done I attempted to secure the outer plastic trim of the handle to the base plate again, and it snapped into place and felt secure. The door handle and lock operate properly now.The only issue is that while the trim ring sits tight against the door panel at the top and sides, it sticks out at the bottom. I made sure the outer trim ring was installed correctly, and it just doesn't sit tight against the door panel. This isn't a major issue as everything works fine and isn't super noticeable, but this should fit better being a factory replacement.
