This is my go to for my gluten free bakery. It is expensive but it is good quality and gluten free. It is easy to use and requires no prep for my royal icing. The consistency depends on how you’re using it but for my icing it’s great. There isn’t a taste really. If you’re flavoring your icing, it’ll be whatever extract you’re using. So, it’s blendable.

The product is good. However, it says the package is 11.4 oz, yet i poured it into my 2 old containers that are each 4 ounce and the 11.4 oz bag barely filled my 2 4 ounce, so i feel the bag is not the advertised amount.
