This is made of thin breakable plastic. Light weight. The handles are made of plastic, so it's going to be slippery when the palms get sweaty.Only advantage over other pushup bars, is this one has fixed width. That can be a disadvantage too.Advantage over a bare-hands pushup is you can get a better depth.Overall, I bought it for the convenience of having a fixed width bars. But inconvenient to store and open/close every time. My initial impression of this: Not durable and not convenient. In my opinion, it is just a novelty/fancy/gimmick item.I don't see myself using it for a long time. I will go back to my push up bars soon.It's not returnable! So make an informed purchase.

The product is good for beginners. Very helpful for starters. But i wish the build should have been better so that it can withstand full weight
