good texture good colour
I really did enjoy this tuna. We had it raw with some garlic sesame seeds and soy sauce and it had a good texture and a lovely colour. We have bought this three or four times and never been disappointed.

I prefer fresh from the fish mongers but these were decent

Only downside was only one tuna steak in the pack. I thought there would be two as the picture showed two steaks

Worst tuna ever , not even partly edible
Terrible tuna. Only thick skin and nerves: not even partly edibe! Used to be nice but now simply horrible. They now give you the worst pieces of the fish. Not even edible. 2/3 of the fish was thick skin and non meat. 3rd time this is happening. Clearly they don’t care and Amazon has no quality check. And you pay max price for this. And they say in the description it is prime cut selected and cut by hand? An absolute shame. Not even worth a 0 rating.

Nothing special
The tuna is full of white filaments, the taste is not bad but nothing special, same as other tuna on the street supermarkets, the only difference is the price, on Amazon is more expensive

Not sashimi Tuna
Don't expect it to taste like a real sashimi tuna you enjoyed in a Japanese store. This tuna tastes no different from those you bought in Tesco that's for pan fry. Full of fishy smell and definitely not suitable for any sushi or sashimi. I am Japanese and I know it's not sashimi. Would never buy again.
