Amazing french press!!
The packing was efficient such that there would be no breakage. Lovely design, convenient to use. On time delivery.

Nice french press, but could perhaps be improved
I liked the Upscale french press. It serves me a hot cappuccino every day to make a great morning. But I would ideally like this machine to have 2 wire meshes, as most french presses do. The current Upscale french press leaves some coffee powder unbrewed - wastage on account of the single wire mesh. Plus, a 350 ml version would be welcome.

The strainer isn’t tight enough :(
It is a good product for brewing filter coffee or some tea infusion. However the one that I got doesn’t have a tight strainer. It doesn’t hold the fine filter coffee powder at the bottom when I pour it in to my mug. Also the lid had a few scratches. The copper finishing goes well with my brown interior space. I really wish it had a better strainer though. Pretty disappointed to have the coffee grains in your filter coffee mix.
