Speick Men Pre Shave Lotion

Exceptional product makes my electric razor fell like it just came out of the box new. Does come unscented?

I only use an electric shaver as a backup to my morning daily wet shave to get rid of the stubble when going out in the evening. As such I am not an expert when it comes to electric shave products. My go to pre-electric shave brands being Boots and Superdrug which are cheap and effective for my somewhat limited needs. Unfortunately, I ran out just before going on holiday so had to resort to other means and I chose Speick because I needed it quickly and it came out favourably in reviews. Albeit at a price. Whilst I am pleased with the results, I cannot say that it is significantly better than the High Street brands but at twice the price. Don't get me wrong it's a good product and I will definitely order again if I have to but for my limited needs it's not good value for money.

This is brilliant - magic - and worth every penny!

I'm habitually sceptical about such things, particularly as I am 71 with what I believe is classed as a "grizzled" chin that normally scoffs at all grooming products. My Panasonic razor had ceased to "cut it" (pun intended) and my skin was drying up, so I thought I'd give this a go. This lotion did an excellent job from day 1, leaving me with a nicer and more comfortable shave and a wife no longer mumbling about "kissing sandpaper cheeks". As an added bonus it's made under EU regulations so you know there's no dodgy chemicals in there. I can recommend this most highly and will henceforth be a repeat customer!

Smells nice, does it really make shaving easier/better - I'm not convinced.

I’ve been doing the majority of my shaving (both face and entire scalp-I’m a baldy) using electric shavers for years now, with the odd wet shave thrown in. There are some exceptional electric shavers around now, so I find myself having a wet shave with less and less frequency. I do often get mild irritation though from my electric shaver. It’s not really bad or terribly uncomfortable, but I do get it. So I thought after all these years that I would try a pre-electric lotion. I did a bit of research and decided to try this lotion. I used it on my face and all over my head, it doesn’t take a lot. When I started shaving, the difference was immediate and night and day obvious. The smoothness and comfort was exceptional. I was really surprised because I wasn’t expecting a product to make such a huge difference. The closeness of the shave with fewer passes of the shaver was very noticeable too. And my skin was left smooth, soft, and comfortable afterwards, not at all dried out, and no irritation whatsoever. The only slight downside, and it is only my opinion, is that I’m not overly taken with the scent. It’s not terrrible, and it’s not strong, it doesn’t last for long after the shave, but I don’t really like it but can live with it. Otherwise, I really recommend this product. It really is a game changer.

I personally think it helps the razor capture light stubble better than just the normal dry shave. The product doesn't have a great smell and it certainly doesnt last but that's not such a bad thing. Cost wise it's a tad expensive for what it is but not eye wateringly so. Would I buy it again? Yes. Was the delivery prompt and good. Yes. Funnily enough it's not a product easily found on the High Street.

Decided to stop wet shaving after my wet dry Braun shaver decided it didn't like being used in the shower, fortunately repaired under warranty. Speik works, it does help shaving easier and closer. Expensive if you splash it around, a roller attachment would be great, but instead I get an even application by using like it has a roller keeping the opening gently against the skin moving around the face to get an even application. The method is working for me and I shave every day and after a month the level has dropped less than 1cm. Leaves skin feeling fresh and with no irritation, I like the smell though I usually am usually showering afterwards, still it makes for a great shave experience.

Ce pre-shave aide bien le rasage électrique en redressant bien les ppils de barbe, surtout aux endroits plus difficiles d'accès au rasoir.

Llevo tiempo utilizándolo antes del afeitado y la diferencia se nota. La afeitadora se desliza mucho mejor, el apurado es más uniforme y la piel queda con menos irritación. Además, se seca rápidamente, no deja sensación grasa y tiene un aroma agradable y discreto. Con muy poca cantidad es suficiente, por lo que el envase dura bastante. Para quienes utilizan afeitadora eléctrica a diario, me parece un producto muy recomendable.
