I had a problem and the company worked to resolve the issue.
My original bulb is GE. I don't think GE sells this bulb any longer so I purchased this one. The first bulb I received was "off" in the fitting. It wouldn't fit. You could visually see the error in manufacturing. But the company was very helpful and sent me a second light bulb to try. The second light bulb fit correctly.

Received 2 and both stopped working within 10 minutes.
The original bulb we received and the replacement bulb both stopped working within 10 minutes of use, and the base felt quite hot. These seem to be of quite poor quality, and ridiculously expensive.

A bit difficult to install but it appears to work
I bought it as a spare. I put it in and it worked and took it out. I cannot see more about it as I haven’t really used it

Nice - bit expensive
Got a first one that was broken from another company. Although this one was WAY more expensive, it wasn't broken.

Great but didn’t play well with the dimmer switch
Works, but doesn’t dim with dimmer switch….maybe a fault of the switch?

I ordered the exact part number and it did not fit my lamp. If I'm requesting a return they credited my account and told me just to throw the lamp away. I would not recommend using them under any circumstance
