for the price, this is a great product. I was pleasantly surprised how dark it prints. i have to say i didn't have high hopes, but i was proven wrong. will definitely order this one again!

This was easy to install.

$9 versus $99, and this works better than OEM! Much darker and more vivid red ink. When I loaded the cartridge, I did get a warning message on my Pitney Bowes machine that it was not an original and "may cause damage," but it's been working perfectly. I'm guessing that's just a scare tactic. Shame on PB for its price-gouging ways. (I buy the postage tape strips on Amazon too -- $8 versus $74!)Update: The cartridge lasted about 10 months at moderate use. Just bought a replacement and it installed with no problem -- not even a warning message this time!

The first one did not work in my P700. The company suggested a couple of solutions-- clean the contacts, do a hard restart-- that did not solve the problem. They sent another and it worked immediately. Usually I would give such an experience a 3 star review but the price is so good I have to make it a 4 despite it taking a week from initial order to replacement arrival.UPDATE: I ordered another from this company late October 2018 after printing exactly 195 items over the last 9 months, a terribly small number (the original Pitney Bowes carts did over 1200). This one did not work when it arrived and now I have to wait again.I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS GARBAGE FROM THIS GARBAGE VENDOR.YET ANOTHER UPDATE: The replacement arrived, printed 47 items, then ran out of ink AND killed the postal meter (a replacement unit had to be provided). Seriously, DO NOT BUY!

I have purchased 2 of these so far and the print is better than the overpriced mfg cartridges and they last longer. We have not had any issues with the machine from using these.

I ordered 2 of these. First one did very well-just ran out. I forgot to track how long it lasted but it was many months. Since the price of the PB version is INSANE, I am happy with it's performance. Just installed cartridge #2. I was worried when the first label came out smeared & incomplete (usuable, fortunately). However, I ran a bunch of test prints and then the cartridge started printing nicely. Next time-if I remember-I will run some test prints (I use plain paper or envelopes) before I try a label.

Pitney bowes really likes their ink and charges a TON for it. I was concerned this wouldn't work as well as their ink so I tried it. Not only does it work just as well but lasts just as long for 1/4 of the price. I will never buy from PB again. This worked great.

Ordred two but only one worked. Sending one back for refund.
