1 Quart Mylar bags

These bags are great quality, they come with the moisture control, little stickers and the seal works perfect. I use these for seasonal gifts for our barn, they are the perfect size for horse treats and people cookies! The bags are functional and thick enough to keep everything the way you want it.

Anyone who stores foods can use these. They are versatile and you can order other sizes. Keeps food fresh. Easy to fill and close. Lables are easy to apply

This one-quart size mylar bag is perfect for freeze-dried meals. I like to make items like freeze-dried vegetable soup. I place all my veggies and spices in the bag and seal. When I need a quick meal, I just add the bag of F-D soup mix and two quarts of water to a pot and cook. Easy. Then when done, leftovers can be placed back in the bag and sealed (These bags have a zip-lock, so they are resealable). I then toss it in the freezer for next time. These bags have a windowed side and a solid side so you can see what is in the bag. Some of the other things I have been using these for have been for Freeze-dried eggs. I can open the bag and get the amount of egg powder I need, then reseal using the zip-lock and place back on the shelf. These bags have an extra-long end after the zip-lock, so you can use a mylar bag sealer to fully seal the bags for longer shelf life. Then when you need to open the bags, they have the tear starters so you can tear the sealed end off the bag but before the zip-lock. These also came with stickable labels and a package of Oxygen Absorbers, for long term storage of your food. Even if you do not own a freeze dryer, you can use these bags for camping food, as these can be sealed and kept bug and rainwater free. All told, these are great food storage bags. And reusable is a big plus.

These bags were what I ordered, but after using fully enclosed mylar bags, I found I wasn't a fan of the windowed mylar bags. Also heat sealing these was a little sloppier than the fully enclosed bags. When I order these again, it will likely not be these exact ones, but that's not due to their quality, just my own preferences.

I have these on "subscription” because of how much I use them. These are great for my current beef jerky addiction and looks professional when giving my homemade snacks away to friends and family! I plan on using these forever.
