Bought this as a Christmas stocking stuffer for a family member. Good, over sized soft bound book. Short on the narration but has plenty of photographs which compliment the narrative. Should bring back lots of memories.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my 90 year old neighbor. He enjoyed looking at all the pictures, and reminiscing about his home town.

Interesting book on an interesting city. with its nice architecture.

Nice book full of old time information. People born after say 1950may find the info too old for them but still a great historyof the city.

A wonderful way to remember or discover views of the turn of the century in Wilkes-Barre. Excellent photos with great explanations. The old Wilkes-Barre comes to life.
