Sized for Large Hands
This is an excellent option for men because the volume is a little over twice most of the other grip strengthening products; it doesn't disappear in your hand, and you can work your whole hand at once as compared to half to three fingers. The four different colors are sensibly coded for firmness (darker is firmer), and the variation of firmness is very appropriate for athletes. I expect this gel material to last a long time as compared to the fabric covered balls which I've found to split open after three to 12 months of intense use. I'm very pleased, and I don't say that often.

Great for hand & wrist therapy.
Useful with hand & nerve issues. Also calming.

Largest, firmest, and most expensive eggs on the market!
I used this product to help with Tennis elbow recovery. These are the largest eggs you c5ab find on the market. They are somewhere bwtween a Turkey and a Goose egg. They are made of the usual TP material. I have similar products that have held up well so I expect the same of these. The main issue is that they are firm! The softest egg is okay; the second softest is almost the same as the firmest eggs of other brands; the two firmer eggs are off the charts! They are still squishy, but they are tough (and a bit large, but that's okay) for an adult male to squeeze to any meaningful level. I wish they came in a three-pack, removing the firmest one, and that they were better priced. As it is, they are the largest, firmest, and most expensive eggs on the market.

Nice Exercise
Purchased this for a relative of our family that had suffered from a stroke. He need something to exercise to get his affected arm back in the game. We chose this, because it has four different densities so you can go from squishy to stiff. It's more important they get used and if it's too firm for a first time user, they won't use it for long. And if it's too soft, there is not enough of a challenge. This fills the bill for choice on finding the one of the four that are the best for that individual.

Bigger hands required
I purchased this squeeze egg set to build up grip strength over a long time as it has graduated resistance over four pieces. Unfortunately the eggs are much too large for my medium size hands. By medium I mean 7” from base of thumb to tip of middle finger. I found I could only squeeze the softest egg adequately and the higher resistance eggs proved too stiff. I might have graduated to the second softest in time but the top two seemed out of the question. Each egg measures approximately 3 1/2” by 2 1/2” and each egg has slight indentations on one side as a sort of finger grip. The overall quality I judge to be good and the mild stickiness of the surfaces is not objectionable. I had to return the set and search for an alternative.

Way too hard to be therapeutic. Not good for arthritic or older hands.
Did a return, seller advised to bring tithes to a store that’s about a 35 minute ride from me. I go inside store and was not able to return them, as the store would not take them to return to seller. As far as these go, they are so firm and just hard. Very little give to be therapeutic. Barely got in my hand.

Hand Therapy Balls....
There are 4 oblong handheld balls (for lack of a better word) that are different levels of squishyness. They help to loosen my stiff fingers (due to a fall that broke my wrist and other things). Just a few minutes with this eases my fingers. I am trying to work my hand into a fist and this is helping to get to that point.
