Before you purchase this, make 100% sure of what CPU you have. Google how to figure it out. You need to have either the 4.2.2 board or 4.2.7 board.Make sure you have either of these boards before purchasing this product.Creality's reputation at this time of the review is shaking.My v4.2.2 board has the GD32F303 512k CPU. Creality does not at all provide this firmware on their official website. You have to email them for the firmware.If you have this board, keep in your mind that you will not be able to use marlin. You will not be able to compile your own versions until they provide support for it. But due to licensing issues, for the moment the problem will not be fixed.If you have the GD32F303 CPU, do not bother. If you are reluctant on buying Creality's 3D printers, don't bother. Go for another brand.The sheer amount of time I wasted because of this product is insane. I wish I never purchased it and I wish I stuck to my manual bed leveling. I'd rather deal with a warped bed than go through the pain I went through with the firmware problem!
