Things to note...
· First of all, this retractor is ECONOMY grade. I assumed this when buying and confirmed after receiving it.· You need to make your banner 24" x 80". If you make your banner the stated size of 24" x 79" it will not be long enough to keep some of the banner tucked into the retractor. You want some of your banner to stay tucked in for a polished look. You don't want to see where the banner ends when using the stand.

the product was good.
I thought it was any adjustible height from 72" to 81", But I guess I misread the description. So my banner does not fit exactly, there is space at the bottom when extended up. Otherwise, the product was good.

Don’t waste your time...seriously
Cheaply made, horrible assembly instructions. I’ll definitely be returning this. This stand definitely isn’t worth it beware!
