I put tabs: "Sticky Index Tabs" (bought at Amazon), on the categories that you have to enter. It was too much to memorize so now I have tabs by numbers. On a sheet of paper I write the title of the entry example like: Setting up employees for payroll # 1 etc. And it I go to the area I need to go to finding the numbers. Do the work much faster.Thank you, Amazon!
