I recently received a defective item from your platform. When I contacted your customer support team for assistance, the agent advised me to visit a Dell-authorized service center. I explained that if I had the time to visit a service center, I would have purchased the product from a physical store instead.Despite explaining my situation, the agent abruptly ended the call without offering a proper solution or follow-up. The only information provided was what I could already see in the return and replacement section of my order.I’m disappointed by this experience and would like to know why Amazon provides call support if customer service representatives are unable or unwilling to assist beyond redirecting to manufacturer service centers.I am requesting a proper resolution for this defective product through Amazon’s return or replacement process, as the item was purchased through your platform.Looking forward to a prompt and helpful response.Please buy from offline or physical store for service support

So would give 5 star to the mouse. ergonomic and overall a really nice product.but the keyboard is too bad. mushy keys and bad response altogether. the worst is the spacebar. you have to precisely hit the center. else it doesn't work. like it is too bad .to the point that you cant use your thumb to press it. you have to use your finger. the key wobbles!!!! yuck!!!!cant even send this product back. if i could i would send it back immediately!!!!!!!

Its very good and very easy to install.Cons: there is no light for caps lock and num lock. Otherwise everything is ok.

Writing the review after using it for nearly 2 years.Pros.The low-profile keys provide a smooth key travel.Build quality is good.Good battery life ( 6-8 months for keyboard and nearly 1 year for mouse).The print quality on the keyboard are goodcons.Not ideal for heavy/prolonged typing( some keys have already stopped working).The mouse has around 800 dpi. A 1000 dpi range would be better in this price range.Battery indicator doesn't work in the keyboard. So you should keep the backup batteries ready if working on a desktop.The scrolling experience in the mouse is not that great. It has a rubber grip, which gets loose frequently and slips over the wheel while scrolling.Some keys ( backspace, shift, enter, and some letters)wobble after a few months of usage.
