I got these for putting spackle on a wall where some unfortunate holes appeared, they worked well. They did what you'd expect. They spread the spackle over the patch kit. If you need some putty knives these are the ones I suggest

These did exactly what I needed them to do! Unfortunately they started rusting shortly after I started using them, and they feel pretty cheap and flimsy. They served my purposes though, and I'm pretty happy with them

I misread this as a Taping Knife set. Only the 4" is flexible. The other two are stiff and correctly labeled "Putty" knife. Quality seems fine but flex is better for drywall taping.

Ok until you wash.. once you wash and clean them, they rust immediately!! I used maybe twice per tool and then rusted over and had to throw away.

Super Thin not sure if defective or not but one of them snapped already

Good quality set for the price. If, like me, you are probably only going to need one of these knives once or twice a year at the most, get these. No point in spending twice the money at HD.

Better quality than I expected. Great for home projects. It was a first time for me using spackling with this tool and I had no issues. It's easy to clean , so I have them stored for next project

it's OK - I used these to prep and skim coat my walls. I took a star off because the knives seem to rust easily if joint compound isn't wiped off for a couple of hours. other than that, it does what it's supposed to
