Switched to this tough phone hoping to escape the connection issues of my old one (BV 5100).This one is noticably larger and heavier than the last phone, same IP ratings, memory and speed capability and only one step up on the OS. No qi charging capability like the last one and I lost my front facing flash. Finger print reader is clunky on the side of the phone and constantly being accidentally activated while I hold the phone which will make it tell me "too many attempts" quite often. I've had this phone about 10 months and already it's starting to crap out. It charges very slowly (at least it isn't draining any faster than usual) and I'm getting random restarts or I'll restart it on purpose and it will turn off but not back on.Over all it is tough and although I've never taken it swimming or sky diving, it hasn't had any problems being in the work shop or outside with me. I also have had a really difficult time finding a phone mount for this thing. It's too big to fit most of them, and so heavy it slips through or bounces out of any holder I have found. It also bugs the heck out of my carpal tunnel. I could defend myself with this brick.I'm not impressed with a 10 month life span so it looks like I'll be switching back to the big M when their new tough phone drops in a few weeks.

I bought this phone twice. Both times the screen broke after falling less than 3 feet! Not a small crack but rather shattered the whole screen.I was outside my window of return for Amazon so I had to contact the manufacturer directly. They were able to address the issue and ultimately make it right.Once they're able to remedy the screen problem this phone is worth the time until then take your chances.

This phone is a tough lil motha dropped it out of semi's dropped it in the River even threw it at possum on my back deck one night battery lasts forever too 3-4 days on one charge with light use 2 days if you like to play on your phone a lot only thing I don't like is the limited amount of carriers that support this phone

My husband loves this phone and I did the research on finding a rugged phone. I called Verizon to confirm that this phone would work on their network and I was told as long as it was noted unlocked it would work. I was skepital and even went a step futher and confirmed that the Oukitel brand would work and they said yes. Received the phone yesterday, took the SIM card out of his old phone (like Verizon told me I would have to do) put it into the new phone and everything works perfectly! Called Verizon this moring because I received a notice that Verizon detected a new phone and spoke to a Brian and he said they don't accept that brand and its not covered on their network. He said it may work for a few days but then it will stop. Needless to say I may have to switch carriers. I was also told just because it states unlocked for ALL carriers...it doesn't mean that its true.

Details indicate that this phone is a 4 G , after receiving phone it never would connect to web. Called ATT and Technion told me that the phone was not 4 G. So I had return phone , it was of no use to me.

The glass is most definitely not gorilla glass so definitely add a screen protector. Not enough lip around edges to protect phone when dropped and don't keep anything in your pockets with the phone. Does not even compare to quality of blackview phones as far as rugged. Fingerprint reader also mediocre.

I stepped down from 5g phone for this 4g lte phone. It weighs almost a pound but it is tough and solid . Unlocked like mine and it has 2 sim card mounting points and with 128gb onboard storage it's got lots of photos, videos and documents storage. I added a 256gb micro SD now I have more storage than my desktop computer..

Nice phone. Quite heavy. I only use it when I'm going on a rough ride. Otherwise it's just like any other phone The only thing I didn't like was it quite heavy.

海水浴用に水に濡れても大丈夫なセカンド携帯が欲しかったので買いました。普段持ち用としては大きくて重すぎるので難しいかと思いますが、レジャー用であれば有りかと思います。

The media could not be loaded.  手術と入院が決まり、通話用のイオンモバイルとサブ用のLINEモバイルか楽天モバイルを入れて使うつもりでした。短い入院で充電器を持っていくのも邪魔、コロナ禍のご時世ウェットティッシュで拭けるという条件でOUKITELやUMIDIGI、TORQUE、CAT、DOOGEE等をリストアップし拡張性やメインのBL6000と同系統ということで以前に使ったことのあるWP5の上にあたるWP10を購入しました。　コピペのようにスペックを羅列したりベンチマークしたりなどはそこかしこでされていますし、わざわざここで触れる必要はないと思いますので、私の使っている環境でどうなのかを客観的になるよう書いておきます。○　メインで使っているイオンモバイルはふだんはBlackview BL6000Pro 5Gで使っていますが、サブでLINEモバイルのドコモ、無料期間の終わった楽天UNLIMITED Ⅵ（開通済）を使っており、それぞれをWP10にセットして使用できるのか確認してみました。・イオンモバイル　　　　通話　○　　　通信　○　　　　　　　　テザリング　○・LINEモバイル　ソフトバンク網　　　通話　不明（通話未契約のため）　　　通信　○　　　　　　　　テザリング　○・LINEモバイル　ドコモ網　　　通話　不明（通話未契約のため）　　　通信　○　　　　　　テザリング　○・楽天UNLIMITED Ⅵ　　　通話　×（数時間だけVoLETになったが電話番号を認識しない）　　　通信　○　　　　　　　テザリング　○　イオンモバイル、LINEモバイルはMVNOが提供する設定どおりで問題なく使用できましたが、楽天UNLIMITED Ⅵはデータ通信とテザリングはできるものの電話番号を認識しないので通話ができません。数時間だけVoLETが表示されるところまではいったので、そこまでの手順を残しておきます。これ以降は気骨のあるどなたかチャレンジして教えてください。　◇主なAPN設定　　APN：rakuten.jp　　APNタイプ：default,supl　　※（dunを入れると拒否されます）　　APNプロトコル/ローミングプロトコル：IPv4/IPv6　　手順　　①　開発者モードを有効　↓　②　*#*#8612#*#*でエンジニアモードに入る　↓　③　IMSをタップ　↓　④　該当するSIMをセットしているSIMを選択　↓　⑤　VOLTE SettingをCMW500へ変更してセット　↓　⑥　Misc Feature Configに移動しhVolteをbSRLTEへ変更してすぐhVolteに戻す　↓　⑦　念のため有効になっているBandを確認。　↓　⑧　アンテナピクトにvolteマークが現れる時がある。○　撮るのは好きでも撮られるのは大嫌いというへそ曲がりです。通話等のメインはBL6000Pro5Gですが、自治会の仕事で現場の様子を撮ったりミラーレスカメラを持ち歩いていないときはスマホで景色を撮ることが多いです。ゴツイスマホを掲げていると目立ちますが、メインのBL6000Pro 5GとWP10で入院中の食事や風景を撮って比較してみました。晴天屋外　　BL6000Pro 5G　誇張が少ない。線路に敷かれた石の立体感が残っている。　　WP10　全体的に明るめになる。やや赤みが強く立体感に欠ける。　晴天屋外（逆光）　　BL6000Pro 5G　白飛びを抑えるのを優先しているようでやや暗め。暗部は少しつぶれている。　　WP10　コントラストが高く雲と空がくっきりとしている。太陽周辺はやや白飛びあり。屋外（細部拡大）　　BL6000Pro 5G　コントラストは低めなので拡大するとざらざらしている感じ　　WP10　コントラストが高めなので拡大しても細部が確認しやすい晴天夕方　　　BL6000Pro 5G　青空と道路は青くすっきりとしている。太陽の周りは滑らかに写っている、　　WP10　全体的に赤みがかっている。太陽周辺にかさができている。食事（入院中の病院食を撮影）　　BL6000Pro 5G　青白くなり美味しそうには写らない。ボケの加工はおかしな事になっている　　　WP10　美味しそうではないがBL6000Proよりは赤みがある。ボケの加工は自然。屋内（サイド光）　　BL6000Pro 5G　やはり青白さが気になる。屋外時に比べやや明るめに写す傾向　　WP10　温かい感じの色味。屋外時に比べわずかに暗めに写す傾向屋内（逆光）　　BL6000Pro 5G　被写体を明るくしつつ、窓の外の建物も残っている　　WP10　被写体はやや暗めに映る。窓の外は白飛びしており建物は判別できない。夜間　　BL6000Pro 5G　拡大してもつぶれている分は少ないが、いかんせんノイズが目立つ。　　WP10　ノイズがうまく処理されている。ただしコントラストが強いので拡大には向かない。　カメラの傾向としてはコントラストが高く、赤色がやや強めに出ます。同じ4800万画素のBL6000と比べると解像度が高く感じるように処理の仕方で、撮影後の調整が不要である反面、レタッチすると色が飽和しやすくなります。　○　楽天UNLIMITEDが現状では通話用には使えないので楽天エリアとパートナーエリアでのルーターとしての用途が多めです。なお地元だと楽天の5Ｇにつながるのは県内で1カ所のみでなおかつ数十平方メートルだけです。こんな調子なので田舎の5Ｇの通信環境には期待していません。　バッテリーが大きいので、2日間の入院中DAPやカメラとして使った割には充電せずに乗り切ることができました。ただし重たいので寝ながら使って顔に落としたら大惨事になる確率が高いです。　車をいじるときや荒れ放題の庭の剪定をすると汚れた手で触ることが結構あります。泥や土が付いた場合普通のスマホなら拭き方に悩みますが、ラギッドフォンなので水道水をざばざばかけて洗っても今のところ浸水する様子はありません。水をかけるとカメラが曇るというWP5の初期で見られた現象もWP10では発生せず、駄目だった点をきちんとつぶしてきていると思います。　ただしドッキングモジュールが今後どれだけ拡充されるのか、後継機種と共用できるタイプなのかは未知数ですので、それ狙いの人は注意が必要です。●　充電のたびに防水キャップを開け閉めするのがやっぱり面倒です。バッテリー容量が大きくノーマルなスマホに比べ開ける頻度がすくないこともあり、同じ構造を採用するBlackview BV9800のキャップはいまだにちぎれていません。とはいえ競合他社がキャップレス防水を採用しているのに比べるとハイエンド機でこのタイプというのはちょっと残念です。　　メーカーそれぞれに設計思想があってそれに基づいてデザインされていますが、競合するラギッドフォンと比べるとUMIDIGIやBlackviewが先頭を走りOUKITELとDOOGEEが2番手という感じです。まあこの手のスマホは汚してナンボなのでデザインを気にしすぎないのがいいとは思います。ナンバリングとクラスの設定のルールが分からないので機種名だけ見てもハイエンドなのかミドルレンジなのかエントリークラスなのか分からないのはどうにかならないもんですかね。　現場仕事でゴツくないと困るかとりあえず自分でエンジニアモードを開けてIMSをいじれる、トラブルがあっても自分で何とかしようという気合いが必要。片手操作すら捨てている機種ですし嫌いな人には全く理解されないタイプなのでその辺は熟考しないと面倒さが先に来ると思います。

性能は良い。重い。ズボンのポケットに入れると、ズボンが下がる。

半年前に買ったものが落として割ってしまったので再度購入。バッテリーの持ちは十二分ですが、その辺のスマホを2台重ねて持つくらいの重さと厚みがあります。暗視カメラは赤外線LEDライトを照射して撮影する、いわゆる赤外線カメラです。ライトの光が届かない真っ暗な遠景が撮影できるものではありませんので念のため。

WP16にあと少し金額足せば、WP17を買える価格設定で、とても迷いましたが、タフネススマホの多少雑に扱って、壊れたり、壊したり、する事を前提に、安い方を購入しました。以前、使用していたWP5PROは過充電で電池が膨らんでしまい、故障はしていませんが、利用を中止しました。キャリアは楽天モバイルで、利用開始時にエンジニアリングモードでの設定が必要でした。
