Great for cheese making. I weight it with books initially, then use the elastic to compress and chill overnight. Good durable product.

One of the tabs that holds the rubber bands broke off, so never got to use it as intended. I still kept it and I just put something heavy on top to squeeze the water out.

This works well, the only problem I had with it are the little rubber bands on the side can be hard to work with. I should have gotten a press with the metal clasps instead because they are much easier to use, but this does work well. I would probably not recommend it to an older person that doesn’t have good hand coordination because of those bands.

This is great, I am able to put the tofu in and just set in the fridge until I'm ready to use. Definitely recommend this if you eat tofu a lot like I do. Almost daily tofu eater here, so I definitely get a great use out of this. I love that everything comes apart so it's extremely easy to clean. I've had no issues. I hand wash this device (no dishwasher). I do wish it came with some type of instructions. I did not get any, but it is pretty self explanatory. I just don't know how long is the recommended time to leave in this. Usually I leave in the fridge draining until I am ready to make it.

The black clip broke in half with a regular block of tofu inside. Unusable.Also, before it it broke, I didn’t like it very much. The basin where the water collects isn’t very big and would need to be emptied multiple times to fully drain a tofu block. No way of adjusting or draining without removing tofu. Also, the holes are a little small. The hydro retention leaves a puddle on the under side even if the basin is empty, still partly moistening the tofu. Lastly, you cannot adjust pressure for different sizes of tofu, like if you use half a block cut thin, there will be no pressure at all.Getting my refund and looking for another brand.

I saw a pricey version in a kitchen store. This one works great - so much easier, neater and better than weighting it down between paper towels

Excellent but the rubber bands need to be removed each time you wash else they will get list in the dishwasher. Very study and does the job. Nice hard plastics that doesn't warp in top rack washing. The thin pieces that hold the bands crack over time.

Overall I like the product, and the tofu that comes out of it. But I’ve used it three times, and each time there’s so much liquid that it spills out the top. It seems like if it was just a quarter or half an inch deeper, it would be able to catch all the liquid without overflowing.
