Xerox B305dni A4 38ppm Black & White (Mono) Wireless Laser Multifunction Printer with Duplex printing - Print/Scan/Copy

Through circumstances that existed at the time of buying this B305 mono all-in-one printer, I was able to buy it for about £105 rather than it's full price of £270, so it was a very good deal: 1. Amazon Warehouse offered one in good condition at a good discount 2. Xerox offered at £30 cashback I chose a mono printer because colour is so expensive and more complicated. I had a beautiful Epsom all-in-one which started to dump it's yellow toner everywhere, so decided to cut my losses and chuck it out. I did not want to buy a device that was tied to a clever manufacturer who insists on expensive toner and play funny games, I didn't want to use ink because of jets that can block if unused for a while, and I wanted a high quality image than ink provides. This Xerox also scans to PDF very quickly and is a pleasure to use. In fact there are a number of facilities that remain unexplored for the moment. Double-sided single-sheet scanning has been a little picky depending on the quality of the paper being scanned. But, RECOMMENDED.

A terrible purchase. We could not get it to work via wi-fi. Hours of trying to find the fault and talking to various Xerox technicians failed to help. There appears to be a fault on a circuit board - we hired a very clever technician to try and solve the wi-fi issue and he confirmed the problem. It is just out of the 30 days return window. Trying to contact Xerox to do something about a manufacturing fault of their making isn't easy. Supposedly an engineer is coming out to visit. Watch this space.

Great printer. Does exactly what it should. Quiet and fast. HOWEVER, the "starter" toner cartridge supplied with the printer stopped working within a few days of use with "32.40 unsupported cartridge" error message. Printer stopped working altogether. Not impressed hence the three stars.

Öncelikle firmaya hızlı kargosu için teşekkür ederim. Aldığım ürünler hakkında genellikle yorum yapmam fakat bu firma özelinde olumsuz yorumlardan dolayı yazmak istedim. Firmanın siparişleri sormadan iptal ettiği, paketleme konusunda sıkıntılar olduğu vb. olumsuz yorumlardan etkilenerek sipariş verildikten sonra firmayı aradım. Hemen siparişi bularak yardımcı oldular ve kargo bilgilerini ivedi şekilde benimle paylaştılar. Kargo 2 gün içinde elime ulaştı. Paketleme güzel yapılmıştı ve orjinal ürün gönderdiler. İçersindeki tonerde bile herhangi bir sıkıntı yoktu. Tüketicilere firmalar hakkında yorum yaparken daha vicdanlı olması gerektiğini ve ayrıca Amazon güvencesini hatırlatmak isterim. Firmaya ilgileri için teşekkür eder, iyi çalışmalar dilerim.

Very bad product

Scanner e stampa. Ottima. Veloce. Non silenziosissima ma più che accettabile

Ho acquistato questa Xerox nel gennaio 2026, aspettandomi una multifunzione moderna e adatta anche a un utilizzo professionale. Le caratteristiche pubblicate fanno pensare a un prodotto completo; quando però la stampante arriva e si comincia a usarla, emergono rapidamente diversi problemi. L’ho utilizzata con un MacBook Pro M5. Il primo aspetto poco chiaro riguarda il fronte/retro. Nella descrizione viene indicato genericamente “fronte/retro”, ma in realtà questa funzione riguarda soltanto la stampa. La scansione automatica fronte/retro non è disponibile. La distinzione dovrebbe essere indicata in modo molto più evidente, perché chi acquista una multifunzione può ragionevolmente aspettarsi che il fronte/retro riguardi anche lo scanner. Non si comprende l’utilità di poter stampare automaticamente documenti su entrambi i lati senza poterli poi acquisire nello stesso modo. La spiegazione più probabile è semplicemente il risparmio sui costi costruttivi. La qualità di stampa è pessima. Il nero risulta simile a un grigio molto chiaro, con una resa debole e poco professionale. Per ottenere documenti dall’aspetto accettabile ci si aspetterebbe una densità e una uniformità decisamente superiori da una stampante laser Xerox. Anche la gestione della carta è sorprendentemente arretrata. Le pagine, appena stampate, escono bollenti e fortemente ricurve a causa del calore. È un comportamento che ricorda stampanti di molti anni fa e che risulta particolarmente fastidioso quando si devono ordinare, fascicolare o archiviare rapidamente più documenti. La scansione è un altro punto molto debole. La qualità è scarsa, con documenti poco nitidi e una resa non adeguata per l’archiviazione o l’invio professionale. Il fatto che manchi anche la scansione automatica fronte/retro rende il sistema ancora meno pratico. Deludente anche la durata del toner iniziale. Quello fornito viene dichiarato per circa 1.500 pagine, un valore già piuttosto limitato. Nel mio utilizzo reale, però, il toner ha consentito di stampare poco più di 700 pagine, quindi meno della metà rispetto a quanto dichiarato. Nel complesso, il prodotto appare molto più completo nelle specifiche che nell’uso quotidiano. La stampa è troppo chiara, le pagine escono eccessivamente calde e ricurve, lo scanner è di qualità mediocre, il fronte/retro è limitato alla sola stampa e il toner iniziale dura molto meno del previsto. Considerando il marchio, la fascia di prodotto e la destinazione dichiarata anche professionale, il risultato è decisamente insufficiente. Valutazione: 1 stella su 5.
