Grimwood: Laugh your head off with the funniest new series of the year

I have been reading this book with my 7 year old and we LOVE it. It is so so funny, sometimes I’m laughing so much I can’t get the words out. The characters are engaging and brilliant. We have had so much fun trying to imagine what they sound like. Nadia Shireen is a brilliant author, we have read many of her picture books and it is fab to move on to this next stage of books with my son. Can’t wait to read books 2 and 3 now! Thank you Nadia, for engaging my son with such a brilliant story!!

I bought this book for my daughter who is 8 and she absolutely loved it. She brings it everywhere and is rereading it. I’ve just ordered the rest of the series.

Bought this for my 7 year old who loves animals and reading - he loved it and couldn't put it down! He read it over 2 nights and was desperate to start reading the next one.

My grand daughter loves these books we have 4 now . She likes to know what Ted and Nancy get up to and Pamela the eagle .

Interesting story with funny bits. My 6 yr old grandson loved listening to it being read to him

Oh my goodness, where to start? Ted and Nancy are absolutely adorable, they captured our hearts from the get go and still do (we’re just about the start the second book after Easter). Grimwood is the place to be and we laughed our heads off all the way through. A perfect class read for years 3/4.

Fantastic story. I meant to just download the sample to get a feel for the book to see if my 7 year old would enjoy it, however I accidentally downloaded the whole book. I'm so glad I did as I've really enjoyed it and the characters are just brilliant. A perfect bit of much needed escapism at the moment!Now I can't wait to read it to my son. He really loved reading the Grimwood World Book Day book and is desperate to start reading this book as soon as possible.

Wonderful madness! Two foxes hiding out in a madcap woods. Full of low level general wildness involving rogue badgers, a mildly grump owl and a bonkers eagle. And of course, rowdy squirrels. Good fun for younger readers and very possibly a few older as well.

Loved it. Super cute and fun night time story. My 7 yr old loved it and the follow-up.Looking forward to more Grimwood tales.

My 10 year old daughter loved it and thought it was hilarious

I don't know who loved this book more: my 7yro or myself. We read as a read-out-loud and had the best time.
