it is awesome. FAST! and so much more convenient than the usual cables. i cant believe i waited 5+ yrs to purchase one … NOW i want TWO —- one for each of my revolve (1 &2) speakers— works great for both… DONT DELAY

Very easy to use. It keeps my speaker charge up. I have for a couple of months, so far...so good. no problem.

My Bose Revolve+ II sitting on this charger makes it all wobbly. It charges very slowly. The first charge, out of the box, took 6 hours for my Revolve+. The next charge took 12 hours. I have no idea why it took so long. That was with the speaker staying seated on the cradle the entire time. I made sure, along with a family member, that the speaker was on correctly to get a solid connection. All was done the right way. I checked all cords, too. The USB is quite difficult to plug into the bottom of this cradle. Once it is in properly, it won't just fall out. It took a while for me to get it in. I am hoping to be happy with this charger, but I am not sure if I like it for now. 50/50 at this point in time.

Works great! The port on my revolve had stopped working, so I purchased this. Its worked like a charm, fits PERFECTLY! Better than the port honestly. Charge speed really depends on the box and cord quality you use. But charges just fine

The port where the changing cable plugs into this base is located underneath the base in a recessed channel, the recess allowing the base to lie flat when the cable is plugged in. Unfortunately, the micro USB connection from the cord to the base is not secure, coming unplugged routinely. This is due to the flimsiness of the micro USB connection itself and the turn in the recessed channel the puts a small amount of torque on the connection. This problem makes the unit, at least for this user, useless.

After reading many posts about the charging cable being unstable and not staying plugged in, I was a bit skeptical to order this.I have had a couple of issues with off brand chargers and adapters though, so I thought I'd give Bose the benefit of a doubt and stick with the OG product.I am not disappointed.I'm not sure if they've changed their design based on previous complaints, or if I'm just lucky, but this works perfectly.The angle and location of where the micro usb plugs into the base is a bit tight and not the easiest to get your fingers into. It also plugs in pretty tightly (with a definite click) and does take a bit of work to get it fully plugged in, so perhaps people that had issues with the cables coming loose might just not have had them plugged in fully to begin with. The cable also lays in a recessed channel on the underside of the charger. That recessed channel is not straight, but has a bend/turn in it, so it would be very difficult, if not impossible for the cable to just slip out of the usb port.Again, this may be an improvement and design change that Bose has made based on previous issues. If so, then kudos to them for their resolution.
