I almost blew my knee out doing leg presses one day. It was so bad I couldn’t squat my own body weight. After getting these I could actually do legs again safely. I wear these when I go over 185 on squats to be safe. Ladies and gentlemen if you have the issues with your knees that I do you need this! Amazing product. These are good straps for knee stability. I have some trouble with larger weight pushing up during squats. The length is quite adequate. It does limit range if motion and I wouldn't strap it on too tight as it easily cuts off blood flow. Liked the camo color and it's a good buy if you are considering it

I am a small guy 5 feet 7 180lbs.....and I find I need 2 of these for just one knee....they are just too short...and separate while in use...the edges just do not give the support I was expecting...I think maybe they are a bit too thick for my needs...an ace wrap stays put much better...and cheaper

This was a replacement for my regular wraps for some squats etc. these wraps i found to be too narrow to give proper support and not quite long enough. I’d guess it’s more like a heavier version of an ace bandage.
