Can I put 200ah and 200ah plus in parallel to make 400ah system? Will it have 300a of maximum output current?

Absolutely NO. The BMS is only rated for 200 amps output - that’s it. It does not matter how many batteries you put in parallel. If you try to pull more than 200 amps, you’ll melt the wires in the BMS and it will die or catch fire. The BMS can die but the battery can still work. You’ll have no way of knowing if the BMS is not working; therefore you’ll have no charging or discharging protection. This can result in you overcharging the battery one day and coming home to a giant battery fire, which will be a bad day for you. Don’t try to pull more that 200 amps from these batteries- don’t do it. If you need to pull 300. amps from the BMS, then find a battery with a BMS rated for 300+ amps output. You can increase the Ah, but you cannot increase the amp output of the BMS.

Can these be connected in parallel for solar use?

Yes! These batteries will parallel for more storage capacity very well! The manual has some suggested parallel configurations for greater capacity in 12 volt systems and suggested series connections for 24, 36 or 48 volt systems.
