They are vary nice and not cheap feeling, but they are rather on the larger side
I like these due to them feeling thicker material. They don’t feel like they will pop easily. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are big, not the tightness, but my grandson is almost 3, and one arm Float is almost the size of his head.

The material is thick and sturdy, but the opening is much too big and they won’t stay on the kids' arms.
