I am a long-time user of this product. Plain and simple...this beet root powder in table form absolutely works. I use it for both blood pressure control AND for sustained energy in the gym. Now I am the world's biggest skeptic. I started first with a beet root liquid. It was not until I got through 3/4 of the bottle before I noticed a difference...a major difference at the gym. I could just keep going and going without feeling worn out or tired. Since those days, I migrated to this product and it is a main stay. I also recommend to everyone I know.

Easy to swallow these small tablets. With all the hype about beet root, I figured, “why not?” They have no taste/smell. I take them with ACV capsules in the AM as part of my routine. I think the combination gets me rolling in the AM and improves my motivation and energy as I roll out for the work day.

I had been using the Force Factor brand of Beet supplements and as a physiologist, I knew that all I was interested in was the Beet content, not the other ingredients that the Force Factor brand offered. You can check the ingredients of these and compare them yourself to others and if you can find more Beets for the money, please tell me about it.The FF brand requires you to swallow 3 rather large pills per dose and this brand requires only 2 very much smaller pills. Because shipping down here to Ecuador is costly, buying the much more compact Bronson supplement is a huge bonus as it is available in a 250 pill bottle that is even smaller than the FF brand with far less pills.

I have high blood pressure, my Dr. said I do not need meds yet. That being said I train 4-5 times a week, I do a mix of weight training and endurance training. I am always looking at natural ways to get the stimulate pre workout supplements give you with out the added sugars and caffeine, obviously having high blood pressure would be counter productive to take a pre workout supplement.So as I read the reviews, lots of people use this as a pre workout and other's have claimed that it's dropped their blood pressure. Great! I thought, I'm looking for a natural pre workout and this will also drop my blood pressure.I tried it for 3 month's and monitored my blood pressure, I check it about 3 times a day. It did not give me the boost of energy some reviewers claimed and my blood pressure remained the same. Keep in mind I train 4-5 times a week and I eat a balanced diet of carbs, proteins and healthy fats, all my food is weighed and I meal prep every week. I got no results, I have continued training and eating a balanced diet and my blood pressure has slowly been dropping.I'm giving it 3 stars cause I like the flavor and it seems to quench my thirst, if anything, this is more of a placebo IMO.
