Totally love this set. We were able to relocate the on off know closer to the shower opening with ease. Ran pex pipe which was very simple. I am no contractor by any means. Easy to switch between the 2 heads. Pressure is good coming out of the rainfall head. The smaller head has few different settings and all are not to harsh on the skin. Easy to clean with simple cleaners. Sprays consistent. Great value for the price.

Very nice shower system! I purchased it in Brush Nickel and it looks beautiful!Unfortunately I had an issue after I installed the backer board because the tub I bought had had a two step flange to accommodate a tub surround. The only solution I could come up with was to add an extra layer of board to bring it flush to the tub. Unfortunately that caused the valve to be to deep in the wall. I contacted Customer Service and the are going send me an extension kit to fix my mistake which is rare for company's to do. I will definitely buy from this company when I remodel our second bathroom.

Everything works great and looks good. The biggest complaints I have and it kills me ever time I take a shower is that the valve is not straight. The Bubble level that's built in was not accurate and caused the valve and trim to be a little crooked. If you do get this kit make sure you use your own level and do not rely on the pre installed bubble

I bought this shower system because I loved how it looks. When I had it installed the plumber had everything ready to connect left off the shower fixture and handle cover because the bathroom was stripped to the studs and they would have to be removed to put up the walls and tile the shower surround. He also stated that this is a very nice system. Once the tile was up I had no problem attaching anything except the cover plate for the on/off and diverter knobs. I could not get the knobs off (the Allen wrench that came with the kit had disappeared I did not realize that and the one I was using was too large.) It took a couple of days to figure out the problem but customer support was excellent, even to the point of telling me if I broke anything trying to get the handle off, they'd replace it. Thankfully it didn't come to that. The shower is looking and working great. I especially love the relaxing rain shower and also having a hand shower.

the product is of excellent quality and the after sales service team responded very quickly and addressed my questions. We purchased for a hotel, and are going to reorder for the next phase of renovation.

The shower set looks good but the tub spout finish came right off. I ordered the nickel finish. I’ve tried calling their support phone number but no response. It’s frustrating and looks horrible. To anyone looking to buy this shower tub combo don’t waste your money. Don’t get the nickel finish.As of 2/14/2024The company sent a replacement. That finish was peeling when I pulled it out of the box. They then sent me the new improved version with a new nickel finish. It looks great but does not match the entire fixture set. Leaving me frustrated with a non matching shower set. Again don’t buy. Not worth it. Pay the extra. Get delta or some other brand name. It’s worth the extra $$$ for piece of mind.Update as of 04/16/2024I have tried emailing their customer service numerous times to get the non matching shower set resolved. They have not responded. Horrible product. Even worse customer service. Should have known better. Do not buy China made brands.
