Comfortable and supportive
I’ve been wearing knee straps for over 2 decades due to a knee injury/patellar tendonitis. Within the past few years I felt I had to give up on quality. I was buying some brands that used to be dependable, but the “hook/loop” product was increasingly less reliable, and I had to re-purchase these things more often (both in store and online). I was so happy to find this product, the “hook/loop” is about the same iffy quality but is a longer stretch that makes it more reliable. It’s a little weird that it’s a right to left vs. my other straps that are left to right. tl; dr: at the end of the day, I will be buying more of these b/c they are super comfy. I love that the strap is narrower behind the knee. I’ve had issues with straps that have 2 pieces that connect behind the knee and the bulk is ridiculous and uncomfortable to say the least. 5/5 recommend.

Good quality product for runners
I tried only for once but did not notice any specificly good support, BUT it hold quite good under knee on clothes during running. I recommrend. Knees did not hurt after 7 km run.

Great Knee Support!
This is the best basic knee support I have found. I work in an auto center and on concrete floors. Somehow I twisted/pulled my knee and searched for this kind of support. I have a couple other "knee supports" which are regular size, but use them for my forearms for my elbows tendonitis. These are very similar to the ones i use on my arms, but fit my larger sized knee. I tried "sleeves" which pinched and cut into the top of my thigh and gave my pins and needles of cutting off circulation. But these work perfectly for supporting my knee. They have a flexible tubular design which sits just under the knee cap location and applies supportive pressure. The velcro/ hook and loop closure allows for easy fitting and adjusting for the right amount of pressure. Can be used on either knee. So happy I found these.

Feels really good... except the loop strap
When I first put this on, I breathed a sigh of relief: my patellar tendon pain decreased significantly. Until, that is, I bent my knee for the first time while wearing it. I immediately realized that the velcro strapping that was used to secure the plastic loop to the band would mean I can never bend my knee while wearing it unless I want to immensely irritate the sensitive skin on the underside of my knee. For no apparent reason, rather than using a non-irritating type of material, they used the reverse side of the velcro (the loop side). I'm assuming it was to save money by not throwing it away or something, since the hook side is what's used for the actual strap? (The velcro is good quality and does its job, I will say that.) I can't see any reason why they would use that material otherwise. I really like the strap other than that, but this makes it practically unwearable for me. I just checked other reviews and see I'm not alone. Someone said they tried trimming that unnecessary velcro piece and it didn't help, so I'm debating between replacing it with a more comfortable, but still strong material, or returning it entirely and hoping some other company's design is better...

I suffer from knee pain and get a knot on the side of my knee after over exerting it.
I find it amazing that something so simple could work so well. I could tell the difference from day one, which I half thought was just my expectation of the strap. I suffer from knee pain and get a knot on the side of my knee after over exerting it during a days work but the strap seems to shut off the pain that area and help with the swelling. Yes I said help after all it not a new knee. I do say that if you suffer from knee pain and don't want to were a cumbersome brace then try this one. now the downside it like all other knee braces can bother the back of your leg when sitting for long periods but that is about it. P.S. note to BraceAbility if you put an elaastic band with velcro to allow for relaxed fit while sitting, it would make the brace 100% better.

Quality product that works how it should
I am plus size (ladies size 22/24) and carry most of my weight in my lower half. I have 5 children and we travel a lot. About a year and a half ago we were at a theme park and I twisted my knee but kept walking on it, thinking it was fine. It wasn't. I have injured this knee multiple times before and it gets sore. I put this on, take a little ibuprofen and I am usually good to go. This fits me well. But is more comfortable if I am wearing it over leggings so none of it rubs my legs. But its a quality product and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.

Doesn’t stay on
I had one of these made by a chiropractor years ago and loved it. Since I can’t do that now I wanted to give this a try. No matter what I did it just would not stay on. Tried to rig it all kinds of ways and it would just slide right back off so I never felt if it actually helped with any pain. Sucks to have wasted money on it

What's not to like?
product came on time and in good condition. I've just wore it once so far, so that is why I didn't give it 5 stars. I can say that for the time I wore it, it seemed to work. My knee felt more stable and I wasn't getting the clicking that I had been before wearing it. It was not bulky like my full knee brace so could wear it underneath my pants. I haven't worn it a full day yet, so if I have any problems after that I will update review

A great product. It’s enabled me to walk again. Advice from my physio: only use it when you are doing something challenging
