I have used this before in place of caffeine and it works great. Just a half teaspoon in whatever I happen to be drinking and I'm good for a few hours.

This guarana is somewhat sour to my taste and is not too smooth. It is somewhat grainy which I don't like. I does it job though. Substitutes coffee well.

Exactly what I was looking for! Had not bought this in a few years, so was worried that I might not get the quality I was looking for - I bought the right stuff. One full tablespoon in my morning protein smoothie has replaced coffee in my daily routine. No stomach upset and great feeling of steady energy.

I think I will stick with Herbalife. If you do not mind grit, then this product will work for you. Worth the price if you can get past that it is not refined enough.
