I never write reviews, but I'am tired of products getting bad reps cause people are idiots! So here goes. This product worked for me, period! It did exactly what it said it would do. The first two days of taking it nothing happened, but on the third day it total cleaned me out. It helped me decrease bloating and flush out my system. That's what the product claims to do! Therefore, IT DOES WORK. I can't help but think that almost all of the bad reviews are written by people who expect it to be some magic pill that helps you lose weight while you continue to sit on your butt and eat unhealthy foods. That is not what this pill is and thats not what it claims to do. It is supposed to boost your weight loss while you make the effort to exercise and eat right. Hence the word "support" that is clearly written on the bottle's label. It also states, for best results drink 8-10 classes of water a day. If your not doing that and sucking down soda instead then this isn't going to do much for you. So, for those of you that want a natural cleanse while making an actual effort to lose weight, i recommend this product! That is all.

I took this once last year to jump start my diet and I lost 10 to 15 pounds. You won't gain the weight back if you continue working out and eating healthy. It made me gassy and use the bathroom the first day or so but I was feeling less cruddy after the first time taking it. Helped my energy a little but by day three I felt way better. I ordered again since I am still loosing weight and wanted to detox. I started my duet at 195 and am now loosing 52. These helped make that encouraging leap. After I lost weight with by these I wanted to meet my goal. These are wonderful for before starting weightless as long as you don't eat junk and sit around. This helps boost the results of beginning your duet so you see improvements. These also work if you get stuck at current weight despite working out and eating healthy. Will by again and again!

I used exactly as directed. I also normally have regular bowels and am not constipated. This product hurt my tummy a bit and seemed to even have me a bit constipated. This is the least effective cleanse I’ve ever used. For me, it was counterproductive and definitely not a jump start to my weight loss as it claims. I recommend the Cleaner. I should have followed my first mind and use the Cleaner first anyway. I took the first dose of the Cleaner and am already pooping better. I don’t work for the other company, just offering an alternative for people who might have the same issue with this product as I did. Oh! I used for five days before giving up on it.

I thought I would try this product when I ran out of my my Nature's Secret Super Cleanse and the 15 day was half the cost. Well you get what you pay for. Without going into details, I am going back to Super Cleanse as it works so much better and you don't need to take as many pills as the 15 day product. It did indicate gentle cleansing however it is too gentle for me.

I recently purchased this item in order to flush out a lifetime of intestinal garbage. I've been wanting to commit to a cleansing regiment for a long time, but was always afraid of the hardcore side effects. I'm pleasantly surprised with this product. Not only does it work great, but I've also been able to go about my day without feeling out of control of my body. The ingredients included are very encouraging from a natural health standpoint, and I was happy to find that no artificial colors or preservatives were used for the capsules.I'm not looking to lose a tremendous amount of weight considering I'm only 120-some lbs., but I would actually like to feel as light as I am, being a martial artist. I can literally feel the 'gunk' liquefaction process taking place, and in no way is it discomforting. I look forward to getting through the full bottle and writing a follow-up review!

I got this product delivered to me this past Sunday. All I can say is "WOW" it worked fast! I take two pills in the morning and two before I leave work. I do not eat heavy fried foods so I think it worked better for me due to this. Whatever you do, just be ready to "shoot the hoop" if you get my drift. You have to drink a ton of water to make this stuff really work but in all honesty this should be a normal practice of anyone. Basically just drink plenty of water just as the directions say and you will reap the rewards of this awesome product! Its only Wednesday and I am seeing great results! No bloating or gas either!

I love this product. I will say though that you really have to read the instructions as this product will only work when they are followed. Drink a full glass of water each time that you take them and make sure to drink 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day. If you don't do this, the product will not work for you. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the pills are a little big for me. Other than that, I love this product and will be purchasing again.

This product has not helped me become more "regular" and I have not noticed any additional weight loss from taking this product. Everyone's body responds differently, but to me, this has really done nothing. I wasn't expecting it to be a miracle pill, so I've been on a reduced calorie diet and hoped this would up the benefits. So far, nothing. I took 2 pills twice a day a few of the times, and one of the times had horrible cramping. So I just take two a day right now, and maybe that's where I'm going wrong, but I didn't want the cramping that came along with a twice daily dosage. Also, it tastes HORRIBLE. Even chugging with water, the taste will not leave my mouth for about 30 minutes after. It tastes like tree bark, which in a way, it is. Overall, I don't think it was worth it.
