The Elements Book: A Visual Encyclopedia of the Periodic Table (DK Our World in Pictures)

Really liking this book & sharing the periodic table in pictures w my grandchildren.I like the descriptions of the elements and beginning to learn more about each group.I bought this for me (over 65 yrs) to share. So far, my grandkids have not reached for this book!

I bought this for my 13 yr old grandson who is learning about the elements. The pictures are fantastic, and the descriptions are very engaging.

DK books are usually top notch, and I bought several others alongside this one. Limited reading, this book is most appropriate for a juvenile reader as advertised. Good element associations with common consumer products. Also, excellent cover design in metallic silver.

It is a DK book. They make an easy to read, colorful, informative book for inquiring minds. I never been disappointed with the quality of their books. They make great presents for scientific minded or inquisitive kids/grandkids.
