Works for me
I purchased this knowing it is not a "genuine" or original part. I have an old Anycubic printer that I purchased broken and neglected for next to nothing, stripped it down and rebuilt for direct drive, added a new controller board and LCD, and tuned the thing to print PETG, TPU, Nylon, and other less bowden friendly materials. I made the thing for rapid small part making where super quality isn't what I'm after. Sans the electronics, everything was either printed or parts sourced from my fun parts bin. I had a V6 that worked for a while, but the PTFE tube rode up too much and it goo'd itself to death. I tried to fix it, but I really just made an unrecoverable mess.I wanted something cheap that would fit into my printhead assembly, and this fit the bill. I dropped it in, and I haven't had any issues. It has been great in my use case. I cannot comment on longevity, but there's really not much to these things. The extra parts will come in handy, and the tiny fan has been delightfully added to my collection of basically useless tiny fans that will eventually go on something maybe.

Works for Anet A8
Worked perfectly for my Anet A8! Installation was straightforward, and it’s been running smoothly ever since. A good upgrade or replacement for your 3D printer.

Works with modifications on Monoprice Select Mini V2
This is a 12 volt unit, not sure if those that experienced instant burn out may have installed on 24 volt printers. I have already printed 8 hours without issue. Installation was quite another thing, it is not a direct bolt on for a Monoprice Mini V2. Third photo is my original. Note original heat block is much smaller & there is a spacer nut on the heat break. I had to bevel the heat block with a dremel to prevent it from melting the fan shroud. The original shroud is your mount. To remove the provided shroud unscrew its fan first. I had to unscrew the heat sink and install a 7M 1.0 nut as a spacer jam nut. Trial & error here to have the correct nozzle height. I used my original fan, the temp sensor is direct plugin, the heater doesn’t have a plug, I staggered butt connectors for the heater.

Check the thermistor
The thermistor did not work when I unpackaged and connected to the arduino. I ended up having to take the thermistor out of the heater block and separate the wires. They were touching each other bare causing a short. This appeared broken as no temperature was being reported at all. Once corrected, the device worked as expected. Not bad value for the money, but you would think a simple issue like this would be quality checked from the factory. Then again, the name is Wangdd, assuming Chinese manufacture and as such, quality is not a priority.

Great for the price
Haven’t had any issues as of right now, seems to function great, but I’m still getting the kinks worked out with my whole new set up so it’s a little too soon to tell for sure. I can say the 30mm fan included is both loud and not that good, but hard to knock it at this price point. I’m replacing mine with a printed shroud and a noctua fan. I wanted to knock off a star, but with the spare parts it comes with at this price point, and as long as it keeps working without issues, I just can’t give it less than 5.

Don’t waste your money… see update
This is a great upgrade to my printer, however the cooling fan went out in the first few weeks when I first got it. Replaced it via Amazon and has works well for the last few months and the fan again has gone out, luckily at the start off a long print so not too much waste. I also don't believe this is an authentic E3D V6 extruder as there are slight differences that I'm finding. Overall not too bad, just have extra 3010 fans on hand to be able to swap when it burns out.UPDATE:This extruder has done nothing but clog, I have changed numerous settings for feeding and retraction and nothing helps I and giving this extruder a 1 star because I have to give a star rating. I will be going back to the stock hot end.

Good cheap replacement or DIY printer part
I bought this as a replacement for my other extruder that I broke on accident. When it arrived, the spare parts fit where I broke the other one, and now I have a complete extra extruder. I'm glad the extra part was included. Also, having multiple nozzles is nice if you want to swap them out.It has worked well for me, even with it not being one of the higher end models.
