There are brown staining at the bottom due to coffee and I've used vinegar and baking soda to lift the stain, but it comes back - but this is normal for white mugs.Also, I measured out 14 fluid ounces. It holds 14 fl oz (to the brim).5-star rating because I'm in the mood for a new cute mug, and I'm probably going to buy another one, right now.

Very fast delivery. Really cute mug. The part you can’t ever be sure of is how it will feel in your hand. This has a really nice soft feel and balance. The mug isn’t too thick or heavy.

This 14 oz mug is the best! I bought the owl mug for my grandma and am excited to give it to her because it is so cute! Microwave and dishwater safe too! The details on the handle, both sides of the mug and inside are adorable! I’m debating on buying the other duck version for myself!

I really like this mug. I had a bone china mug that was a gift and somehow especially loved drinking tea from it. Eventually, it broke and I wanted to replace it. Finally bought this one and it's very nice.

We don’t usually go for cute mugs but these are absolutely irresistible and make us grin every time we use them—which is every day. Our adult children love them too, and always reach for them when they’re here—so I recently got four more so we now have enough to go around.You’d be hard pressed to pick a favorite. The hedgehog, still balled up on his back resisting waking up, is certainly a contender. But now that i’ve used this one, i must say the owl is tied for first in my book with the squirrel. Both look wild eyed with hair (or in this case feathers) jutting out in all directions—just like I do before my first cup of coffee.

The only reason for 4 stars is that the mug is actually 11oz and not 14oz - which was kinda the point of purchasing it in our case. Still, we decided to keep it because as the title says these mugs are just gorgeous and of the highest quality. Also, it was on sale when we bought it so it still was kinda a bargain despite the volume discrepancy. We have like 7 or 8 of them that we use on a daily basis with great pleasure - and we are still watching for expanding their population on our shelf. :)

Putting this adorable mug away for my 50 year old daughter for Christmas. She loves owls and this mug is just irresistible.

Replacing all my boring white mugs with these mugs. So many lovely ones. They make me smile! Try them.
