Incompatible and warranty is useless
The product is incompatible and am left with a bunch of unusable cartridges . They write a lot about warranty of two years but that is fraud and they don’t honor it .

AWESOME!
Had some apprehension's when I bought this, but their instructions and 24/7 help and chat service was able to trouble shoot it in 5 minutes. So glad I tried this out. This is going to be my No. 1 place for cartridges!

I wish if there is a rate "zero"
The printer didn't even detect the cartridges. Very bad useless and just through in the garbage. Money on the floor !

Perfect Replacement
I have an HP office jet - paid good money and of course now I cannot find ink anywhere 4 years later - this was a perfect replacement - worked immediately
