FINALLY AN ANTENNA THAT ACTUALLY WORKS!!
I want to share my experience with you and maybe this will help you....I've been dealing with very spotty service for years. Tall trees and hills blocked the signal to the tower that is 5.3 miles away. First I tried a a surecall fusion4home kit with a log periodic (people call it yagi) antenna. It kinda worked ok for calls, but internet suffered. So i tried to hook up a hotpot for internet, but I would get interference between the hotspot and the booster. My signal would drop all the time. So I scrapped that, and got a nighthawk m6 and connected the yagi antenna. Then I tried another panel antenna. The "yagi" was tough to get pointed correct and in storms it would fail. The non-mimo panel worked ok but spotty sometimes, and no-good for speed. Extremely frustrating. Best download speed I got was 3Mbs download .3mbs upload and latency of 3 seconds. That's with an antenna/hotspot. I was about to just accept it but I decided to try this MIMO antenna and WOW. What a difference. My download speeds now are 30mbs download and 6mbs upload. But most of all, the upload and latency is hugely improved. My internet responds so quickly now that I forget I'm on wireless. This antenna is the best I promise you if it solved my problems I'm sure it will help you. Even with CELL TOWER OVER 5 MILES AWAY, packed with trees and my internet is very stable and reliable. I'm so pleased with Waveform for building an antenna that works!!

Worked for me but YMMV
The instructions clearly say that it may take some work to find a good location for this, which was true in my case. I live in a marginal signal area about 7.5 miles from a tower. Previously my Alcatel Linkzone 2 hotspot allowed me to consistently get a 1-2 bar signal and at least 1.5Mbps and sometimes up to 4Mbps - horrible by today's standards but at least I had internet and could watch videos even if not in HD. The Linkzone had to be positioned in an upstairs window facing the tower. T Mobile then changed me to a Franklin T10 hotspot which usually got no signal or poor signal, so I bought this antenna and located hidden antenna ports in the T10. Initially didn't work, even outside on an upstairs landing- zero improvement, but before sending it back decided to put antenna 6 feet higher in second floor attic with 12 foot leads going down to the hotspot below. After several position changes I went from 0 bars to consistent 3 bars, now getting consistent 3 to 7 Mbps down and 0.5 to 1.5 up. Still not great by urban standards, but when you live in the middle of nowhere it feels wonderful. I still had to position this just right or signal strength went down, so you may need to work to get it right. I'm eventually going to put it outside just under the roof peak once I get gumption to set up a long ladder. I think the Hardi plank cement siding may be reducing the signal in the attic. UPDATE - I would recommend getting the "pigtails" (what I would have called "cables" going from the short leads on the antenna to your modem/router ) from Waveform. Switching from aftermarket to Waveform's cable and connectors increased the antenna's performance significantly - from 2 bars to now 4 bars, now getting 7-12Mbps download and more impressively 3Mbps uploads. I'm extremely happy with the customer service too. They went out of their way to solve my issues.

Doesn't improve signal strength with T-Moble Internet, but Waveform 4x4 does
If you intend to buy this antenna to improve the signal quality and strength for T-Mobile internet, don't. It doesn't do anything for you. You will have to buy the Waveform 4x4 panel antenna. I tried both. However, while Waveform 4x4 antenna does work, don't expect it will solve all the connectivity and throughput problem. T-Mobile internet has an internal traffice management algorithm that puts internet user at the bottom of the priority. When its network is congested, it will reject internet connections or throttles the throughput. It has nothing to do with your signal strength. That is why I no longer have T-Mobile Internet service.

Didn’t work for me.
I tried everything, couldn’t make my connection better with it.

PERFECT product, PERFECT customer service, scary fast speeds!
The media could not be loaded. I originally started my antenna project because I am living in a 5G / Wi-Fi dead zone.Just using my modem, the Sagemcom Fast 5688W Gateway from with 5G from T-Mobile, I was getting a measly 2mbps.I was so frustrated that I couldn't even stream a video without it buffering every few seconds. Forget YouTube, it was like my entire computer went back 30 years!I looked around for a high-quality antenna that worked with my Sagemcom, so I decided to try the MIMO 2x2 Panel External Antenna... and I am so glad I did!Set up was a breeze. The instructions that they posted on the site were very clear, and I was able to get the modded Sagemcom connected to the antenna, and then up and running in just about an hour.I was also VERY impressed with the customer service. I had a few questions about the antenna, and they were able to answer them all just about instantly over SMS.The results are spectacular!I am now getting a whopping 300mbps! That's a 150x increase!I can now stream videos in HD without any buffering, and I can even play online games without any lag.I am so happy with my purchase, and I highly recommend this antenna to anyone who is looking for a significant boost in their 5G internet speed.

Adapters for TS9 very expensive and the advertising is somewhat deceptive!
Did not like that TS9 adapters don't come with the "antenna," but hey you can spend another $150 for a complete kit! Yes the $99 version says (Antenna Only), but what makes this a kit then? Note the Amazon ad calls the $99 version a kit with a strong suggestion that it contains TS9 and SMA connectors; I think getting a TS9 adapter ought to be a little cheaper and do not put TS9 in your main head for a kit!:"MIMO Panel Antenna Kit by Waveform | +9 dBi Gain | 600-2700 MHz | for 3G, 4G LTE, 5G Modems, Routers, & Cell Boosters | TS9, SMA, U.FL Adapters (Antenna Only)." Returning this and will try simple TS9 antennas for $30.
