Research first. Follow the protocol.
Always a bit sceptical about things like this, read plenty first and thought I'd give it a go. Takes a while to get into your system but after a week I was definitely sleeping better, headache was mild as it's cleansing you, bit like a headache after a good massage. Pushing through, long term results wait to be seen but I'm confident enough to keep going with it.
