This works very well. I’ve had lots of sleeves, and while they all slip during active use, this slips the least. Fits securely, yet is comfortable and breathable while wearing. It provides the support where needed (for me, I use this for a pulled groin muscle). The fact that you receive two sleeves for the price is outstanding. It’s important to measure for correct fit. My measurement was on the line between small and medium, and I purchased the medium, which fits perfect. So, if your measurement is in between two sizes, it might be best to select the larger. Overall, very pleased with purchase and quality.

I picked these up after pulling my hamstring during a tennis match, and they’ve been a really helpful part of my recovery. The compression feels supportive without being too tight, and it definitely helped reduce that “tight/pulling” sensation when walking and playing lightly. I’ve worn them during the day and also for light activity, and they stay in place well without constantly needing adjustment. The sleeve was as advertised, but be sure to measure your thighs. I think mine is a bit too large, and it tends to wrinkle & slip down. I am using it while look at other alternatives. ADDENDUM: I ordered a smaller size and it fits comfortably & helps with compression of my hamstring. I am raising my review. The only downside is the tendency to slip down after a while. Recommended, however.

These thigh sleeves have worked miracles for me mainly reducing swelling and pain all in one! Easy to use just follow measurement chart. Quality material pretty thick and sturdy but can be hot in hot weather and absolutely no odor before or after use!! Highly recommended product alternate the thigh high compression socks!

I originally picked these up hoping they might provide some additional support and relief because I’ve been dealing with irritation related to a herniation affecting my IT band area. I wasn’t expecting miracles, but I was hopeful they might at least make things a little more manageable. To my surprise, they actually seemed to help more than I anticipated. I noticed improved comfort and support, particularly during longer periods of activity and movement. As someone who coaches, trains, and spends a lot of time on my feet, anything that reduces discomfort and allows me to move more comfortably gets my attention. What I appreciated most was that the benefit felt practical and noticeable in day-to-day use. It wasn’t some dramatic overnight change, but it provided enough support and relief that I found myself reaching for them consistently. Five stars. Comfortable, supportive, and a product that ended up helping more than I expected.

True to fit. These are much better than the quad compression sleeves that don’t breathe. These stretch yet protect your quads. Great product.

Using this sleeve has really helped with my hamstring/groin injury. It is easy to put on and stays in place very well either when placed next to my skin or over a legging. I do have sensitive skin and haven't had any issues with skin irritation. I consider myself pretty active and do a variety of workouts. This sleeve provides a good amount of compression and support without being overly tight. I think it was a good buy.

This seems to be a high quality product. I say seems to be because it is so small that I can not use it for my thigh. I checked the size chart and measured my thigh. according to the chart I needed and ordered the extra large for measurements of 25 to 28 inches at the largest part of thigh. The sleeve measures only 18 inches at it's largest opening. Even as a compression sleeve, there is simply no way that this is large enough. I am disappointed that I can't use them because, like I stated, it does seem to a high quality product.

As opposed to other scratch / velcro systems that slip down when moving, this elastic leg muscle holding support holds perfectly to my leg for the whole day long ;

It works well! Thought I'd pulled a hamstring or something as I'd been getting bad pains In my thigh while working 12 hour nights. Put one of these on and my pain throughout the night was 80% better! Did get the odd shooting pain but so much better to deal with! The pain was always bad driving home as well but like I said, so much better with NO moaning from me on my way home! I got size Large which was perfect for me. Does move a tiny bit but always stays above the knee! Awesome product and you get 2! Which means while ones been washed/drying you can use the other one! Great price that works!!!

I don't normally write reviews but this for me has been an absolute life changer. I am 41, always been in shape. Run half marathons, healthy eating habits, weight lifting since 15 years old. But I struggle with the size of my thighs, they rub and during a day of movement I get a bad friction rash on my upper legs. I've had this issue since I was a kid. This is just part of my body shape and to say its been difficult to live with is an understatement. These compression sleeves go up to the area thats always affected during movement and takes that away. I no longer feel legs touching at the top and I can't stress enough how its positively affected my evey day life. They're comfortable, they stay in place during rigorous movement, they are no warmer than underpants in the summer and they aren't so tight they feel like circulation is negatively impacted. Ill stop carrying on now. But suffice it to say, I believe in this product and if you deal with similar issues and are on the fence whether or not to get it, pull the trigger on these. And you will too. Thank you.
