Phone not working, always sound buzzing in receiver.

I bought this instrument 30 days before, it is working very well, no issue till now

It’s a good phone but sound quality is ok.

Honestly, I bought this phone ALCATEL for looks and some madeup review from amazon and flipkart.I gave it a try It exactly works for 3 months thereafter the phone dies and to add up there is no service support for this useless crap.PLZ DONT EVEN CONSIDER THIS AS AN OPTION.
