Works exactly as it should
I bought this light because I was trying to sleep on the weekends and sometimes people have their music super loud in their cars outside. I'm on a residential street. I live in a two-story and I wanted to be able to shine a light so the people could understand that they were obnoxious and denying others of their rest if they hang out and listen to music blaring in their car. I just tested this light on the cars on my street just to see it's reach and it's perfect It absolutely shines no problem on a car that's even further down the street. I'm glad for my purchase I can highly recommend. When you move the telescope it adjusts from a targeted smaller light to a wide beam for a large area. I'm very happy with my purchase and for the price even happier.

Awesome light! GET IT!
Can’t speak to the longevity because I just received the flashlight, but W. O. W.THIS IS BRIGHT! Do yourself a favor and get this light if you’re looking for a high quality aluminum rechargeable flashlight! Comes in a nice case with padding and a holster to put on your belt, it even came with traditional batteries if you chose to use them. Great piece of goods, I’m going to buy several more for Christmas gifts this year and get one for each of my kids and my wife cars as well. Very happy with my purchase, I’ll update as/if needed.

Value, Bright, Quality build. Upgradable
Take my money "Again" please..... Great value: Solid construction: Easy battery upgrade: 2 way charge: Nothing about this flash light compares to a $100 plus light. It's daaaaam good though. Very bright with very acceptable zoom focus. At 100 yards you will see what your looking for. If a $120 light gets first place in the race, this light is 2nd place for less than half tha price. 1 year usage on camping trips etc. Estimated 12 recharges on upgraded battery. Long run time. No issues just love it.

They lie about the lumens, but it's still a great little flashlight for the price
Displayed are 3 flashlights I own. The first one is a huge Duracell (about 3 years old) that is focusable like the much more compact Goreit. The middle Black & Decker spotlight is NOT focusable like the other two and is 5 or more years old. The last one on the far right is my new Goreit flashlight. And, as mentioned, is focusable.I just now tested all three on a palm tree about 75 yards away. The smaller Goreit was brighter than the huge Duracell in spotlight mode. However, the Black & Decker spotlight was at least 25% brighter than the new smaller Goreit. In fact, the Black & Decker blinked off immediately after the test … indicating that it needed to be charged. The B&D light is at least 5 years old and is advertised as being a 2200 lumen light. The Duracell is advertised as being a 1200 lumen light. So the Goreit light falls in between both of them when it comes to overall brightness. Meaning their claim of 20,000 lumens is a load of BS. Which is why I only gave it a 4 star rating in one category. But it is NOT a dim light and is even a little brighter than my monster sized Duracell.I have not yet tested its durability or battery longevity, but it appears to be solidly built of high quality aluminum. So I expect it to be durable as needed. And it's nice that it has a 4 light battery indicator so you can keep tabs on the charge. It also comes with a AAA battery sleeve that will allow you to use 3 AAA batteries to power the light if the main rechargeable battery is dead and you need to use it. It appears to be dimmer with the 3 AAA batteries tho. The 3 AAA batteries are included, however one of them in my set was dead. So I had to install 3 of my own batteries to test the light. The 2nd photo on their Amazon page shows an extremely wide beam as the flashlight is lighting up the whole forest. 1) The beam is NOT that wide, and 2) It's not THAT bright either. However, overall, I’m very pleased with this flashlight with regard to size, power, and price ... even IF they are overhyping it with their images and claimed lumen power. It’s not nearly as bright as they claim, but it’s certainly not dim and appears to be a fairly decent light for the price. I’m also happy with the smaller size. My big Duracell is a monster ... this new compact flashlight will be much nicer to carry.Update: The battery seems to hold up well for several nights use at a time. I use mine for work 5 nights a week. The power display only works when charging tho. I had hoped the 4 lights would go down to 3 and 2 then 1 as I used the light. But it will just dim and then die. You only see how low the battery is DURING the charging mode when it is plugged in.But over all. I’m still pleased with this little powerhouse. It’s NOT 20,000 lumens strong, but it’s bright enough.

Nice and sturdy
The media could not be loaded. Works great! You just have to push the button a few times the cycle through the modes. You can also zoom in a little bit to be precise. It comes with the rechargeable battery and some extras.Great for when we lose power, or if I decide to go walking around my neighborhood, but you know what I mean! It also has some weight to it which I like It's a great flashlight for the money.
