Q: The safety lock keeps dropping down, it's so unsafe like that. Is it because mine is faulty or the system is not good?

Hi the catch on mine is spring loaded and stays shut regardless of the position of the locking mechanism so it is not really required.But if it is in the locked position it does not move therefore yours co7ld be faulty

Q: Is the clip meant to lock shut? Mine keeps dropping down so the main clip is not secure?

Hi yes it does lock if you slide the catch down and twist. I hope you figure it out now 😊

I do I have a 22 week old lab that loves to pull so I attached one to the back and one to the front when she pulls I hold it closer to the front clip and it stops her pulling good lead hope this helps
