I was skeptical about ordering these because I was worried about the fit of the guard and about having to take the impression myself. Little did I know I was not by myself at all.Remi sent me the initial kit, which included a set of four putties for two impressions, two sets of two different-sized impression trays (small and large), a mailer with a prepaid label, and super helpful instructions. I was impressed by all the materials they had for you to walk you through the process: videos, graphics, text descriptions, etc. After I took the impressions, I was also very impressed by their human verification process. I found out that I have a bit of a weird bit, so I needed to redo my impressions and modify the normal process to capture my entire alligator mouth. hahaRemi sent me a new set of putties free of charge and scheduled a consultation so that I could have a professional look at what I had done and do the next set with me. The consultation was via Zoom, and the person could not have been more friendly. Needless to say, my impressions were perfect after that. I sent my impressions to their lab with the prepaid label and mailer and got the guards back in about a week or so.They fit perfectly!! I had guards made by the dentist, and these feel more comfortable in my mouth; they feel rigid but not too hard. It's like biting down on a hard rubber; it flexes. My dentist-made ones didn't have that, and I ground down the material until I eventually clenched it so hard it broke in the back.I could not recommend these guards more. The great part is that if I need more, I can just order again without needing to do all the putties unless I want to for some reason. If you struggle with grinding or clenching, I can't recommend these more. They are absolutely worth the money! I no longer wake up with an aching jaw. Remi is a super reputable company, and its customer service is amazing!

I was devastated to learn the cost of mouth guards through a dentist… $600ish dollars, whereas this method was a fraction of the price. My hygienist actually recommended searching on Amazon for a better deal. Was satisfied to have this product fit my mouth perfectly and last thru the night without any drool or discomfort. I did experience a few glitches with a lengthy return time of the guards as well as foam, but with contact thru email and phone I received excellent customer service and the proper ends to a means. Problems are inevitable and I received the proper support. I am glad I went woth this company and will continue with them in the future.

The folks from Remi were very patient and dedicated to my experience! I messed up the first kit, so they immediately re-sent another kit to me and even set up a live tutorial with a specialist to help. The time waiting for the night guards was a bit long, but it's understandable given how popular they are -- I appreciate them sending me emails to update every once in a while. 10/10 recommend.

I purchased what I thought was clear retainers for my upper and lower teeth. When I received the impressions kit, I completed the impressions of my upper and lower teeth and sent pictures of the impressions to Remi's email to approve that they were correct. They sent an email saying they were both good and to proceed with mailing the impressions. When I went to send off the package, they require you to get a code for shipment. When completing the questions to get the code, you are REQUIRED to give them an alternative if for some reason the top and bottom impressions you ALREADY PAID FOR is not possible to send, such as two top or two bottom retainers instead. I specifically asked them to let me know if they could not complete my order as I requested, since I have no need for two of the same. I then received a confirmation email on 4/22 saying they received my impressions and were working on them. My retainers finally arrived on 5/29 and much to my surprise my package included TWO TOP RETAINERS. I also use the word "retainer" loosely. They are very flimsy material which is not at all appropriate for use as a retainer. I can't imagine what purpose these would serve since I can't imagine they would serve any use as a night guard either. I am very disappointed and feel like I have wasted $139 and a month and a half of my time waiting for this sub-standard, ridiculous product when I could already have appropriate retainers from my dentist. I feel that this is a scam intended to have people sign up for their subscription service in order to get the top and bottom retainers that people believe they will be receiving when they order this product. Buyer beware!

My husband and I both love our REMI mouth guards for help with grinding and clenching at night! Easy process and they have great customer service. Will keep recommending to friends and family!

I used to pay $800-1000 for nightguard through dental office, and this was my first order from non-dental office. AND, honestly, THIS is amazing. I wish I have known about this soon. FITS well and clean and perfect product.The whole process takes a bit of time but it is worthy.GET IT and you will feel the same as I did.

These guards are AMAZING and WAY cheaper than going to my orthodontist! It took a while for me to get my impressions right but once I got them done right, they sent them back in a few weeks. I will definitely order from them again.

These custom night guards saved me a fortune compared to custom ones from the dentist and they get the job done just as well. The impressions were easy to take and quick to get approved
