The item deserves 5 stars, very good quality along with packaging but I can't rate my experience that high because this is one of those sellers on Amazon that has zero customer service. I made an error in my customization and so I requested a cancellation. No reply. I requested a cancellation again. No reply. So I requested a revision as per the "customer service" selection prompt. Typed up my changes and submitted it. Finally received a response! "Okay. Will make changes." The item was shipped and guess what arrived? Not my changes. So I recommend you double-check what you want and be 100% certain before you purchase. Because there is no active customer service with this item.

This is not glitter...it's printed. I was so excited to get a lisence plate cover that was glittery. However, there is no glitter on this. Someone took a picture of glitter and printed it on this cover. I am not a happy camper. My plan is to superglue actual glitter to the cover and seal it somehow or throw it away and get something totally different. Super disappointed.

The frame is of sturdy construction and the imprinting is quality too. A really great value. I ordered 4 and initially only received 1. But I messaged the Vendor, and they promptly took care of shipping the rest to me and I am very happy!!
