What an awful product. My husband was very opposed to a lever or door knob. He wanted a large handle set on both sides of the door and I really liked the copper color. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT unless your husband: likes to rebuild things; is an engineer and loves you alot. It required complete rebuilding to be useful. He figured so, based on the price and the one prior negative review. He enjoys rebuilding things to be custom and this set is going on its second day of doctoring. The deadbolt is completely useless; the levers on the handles opposed each other when they faced each other, keeping them from operating the latch at all, except the latch wasn't even included. He had to reform the sheet metal on one side of the handle to reverse the latch rotation. It took several hours to reform and refit the sheet metal parts. They are stamped steel, so they are fairly durable, but when they rotate against each other, the latch does not operate. He ended up using an old door knob latch. The deadbolt tumblers are cast, without polish. They were not drilled. Absolutely nonfunctional key set. He replaced it with a set from another deadbolt after completelydestroying the tumbler body, attempting to rekey it.Items of this poor caliber should not be sold. Shame, shame, shame!

This handle is total and complete junk whatever you do do not buy this thing. After installing this handle the inside latch would work but the outside latch would not work so we took it apart put it back together and then the latch broke all together plus the cheap screws stripped out before we even got it completely together. So now I have extra holes in my door that I had to drill to mount this stupid handle and had to go buy a regular door knob just to have something to hold my door shut.I will never buy this again!Update! After contacting customer service they responded very quickly a replaced every malfunctioning part (basically the whole door handle) because it is covered by warranty. Unfortunately I still feel like this product is very cheap but if your on a budget I guess it would work. I bumped it to two stars because of the good customer service.Update! 4-30-2017Do Not Buy this! It is complete junk! We had our first one replaced because it was defective right out of the box. Our second one lasted longer but left us unable to use our front door because it broke again! I hope not all of their products​ are crap like this or they might as well close their business.

Did not work out of the box. Poorly made. Interior handle thumb latch doesn't work. Would be a fire hazard as we can't exit the house.

RUN - do not walk - away from this manufacturer. If I could give it negative 10 stars, I would. Bought 2. One was shipped from manufacturer with wrong bolts. The other one lasted a week. Total waste of money since I paid a professional to install. One of the worst products I have ever bought in my life.
