bought a refurbished tower with a bunch of expensive upgrades but the Aux was faulty, big problems, couldn't get my perfectly working speakers to function right unless it was through Bluetooth but then I couldn't plug in headphones to the speakers and have them work, this type of thing was suggested to me so I thought I would try it, it works perfectly, my speakers work as they should, no issues whatsoever, great sound, great value, highly recommend if needed

Does exactly what's its meant to do , cheap works well. Great value for money

This adapter works really well apart from one problem.If you only want it to connect headphones or earpieces for listening then these work really well indeed and the sound quality is excellent.However, if you want to use them to connect into an amplifier or powered speakers they may not work properly. I wanted one for outputting music from a Raspberry Pi into an amplifier and while it seemed to be working well, after 30 seconds or so the sound went distorted and slowed down. I found that it did work reliably if I used a Y splitter to connect the amplifier and a pair of earpieces in parallel - presumably the earpieces were providing the low impedance load required for it to work properly. Admittedly this is a rather specialist application and may not be a problem in other circumstances but you will need to be aware of this.
