It is super easy and does a great job. I have arthritis bad and this helps so much. The only thing I wish it would is that it came apart to clean it.

I love the green color and size. It's stainless steel cup is larger than my coffee grinder. Electric is much better than manual grinding. I bought it for herb grinding and it works well for this purpose. However, the plug does not fit correctly. It will not press all the way into the prongs. I am going to tape it in place, because it is too loose and could actually be a hazard. There is some type of design flaw causing this issue. These type electrical cords should press all the way into the prongs and being loose is almost a return issue, but it mechanically operates, so I decided to keep it and use some duck tape. I'm not sure replacing it would solve the problem, because they may all have this flaw and it's such a hassle to return and replace.

I had read the reviews about the problem with the cord but I decided to go ahead and take a chance. Am so glad I did! The cord fits so snug, it takes a little to unplug it. I pictured it next to the 32 oz drinking cup. I highly recommend this product.❤️

Grinds Herbs to a powder. Fast blades chop quick. Great time saver. Cord fits loose into grinder, just hold for 10 seconds. Much better then by hand!!!

UPDATE: This thing is so annoying to work with, and incredibly noisy. After 4 days of use it doesn't even work half the time when plugged in. Just spend a little more money, don't do what I did and try to be cheap. You're gonna just buy another grinder that's better later.---ORIGINAL:I bought it to replace a lost hand grinder. I use this to grind legal herbs, you know the ones. It works fine for that, easy to use, not too big a pain to clean if you stay on it after each use. Grinds things up well and consistently.It's a 3 because of two things:1) The noise level is not great. I expected some noise, but this thing sounds like if you took a vacuum cleaner and set the volume at 50% - so still pretty loud. If I lived alone in a house I wouldn't care but I live in an apartment with people around, and this thing can definitely be heard through the walls whenever I use it. So the problem now is that if I want to do an early morning or late-night session, I still have to grind/cut by hand so I don't disturb my neighbors. If it's past midnight, doing even a ten second grind on this thing is liable to get a pound on my wall or door. So if you need something quiet and discreet, this ain't it.2) Speaking of late night sessions, I forgot to put the pollen catcher on ONCE before grinding and it was a complete and total disaster. Without that pollen catcher the ground herbs will fly up and out of the container and get stuck in the outer rim between the cover and the metal inner part, and also spill out all around the grinder. It's completely insane that they made it this way. If you buy it just come to terms with the fact that you will eventually forget to put pollen catcher cap on for one of the times you use it and will have to deal with a similar mess.TLDR: it's fine, it does its job, but I wouldn't buy it again. If you don't care about noise level and believe you have the mental fortitude to never, ever forget to put the pollen catcher on before you start grinding, go for it. You get what you pay for.

This grinder really works!! It does a great job of grinding my fresh herbs and is quite quiet too. Very pleased with this product.

I got a converter adaptor as I have a few items from USA that need the plug. This item came today all bashed up the packaging was ripped and the box looked not new. Didn’t turn on, didn’t make a sound and they sent me an item that does nothing at all. The company paid for the shipping now and have issued a refund, I really wanted this device as reviews were good but my experience especially with how the device just wouldn’t work really found that odd. Poor manufacturing or quality control. Cuz of the refund and how good they were I am giving them a 2 star

Got it working right out of the box. Some reviews mentioned the cord not staying in, but I noticed you do have to actually push the plug in the machine till it clicks in fully and then its really in there. Grinds well for filling cones or rolling with. Is great for mixing in kief with your flower. This is a great upgrade if your grinder is constantly stuck or your hands cant twist the grinder like they used to. I would recommend this to people looking though we did just purchase so I will speak on its durability later.

This was used to grind up 14gr of cannabis at a time and wow perfection. The other reviews stating a problem with the cord staying in, you do have to push it that extra little bit and then it does some kind of a click it works perfectly. I sent back the useless grinder I originally purchased due to the wonderful reviews. After purchasing this one, absolutely no frustrations with this one. I have not had to clean it yet but foresee no problems.

grinds way too finely and the power cable sits very loosely in the grinder. like its supposed to plug in twice as far as it goes. falls out if you move the grinder
