Intense and delicious pineapple flavor - totally recommended
I loved this pineapple emulsion very much. The flavor is intense, tropical and very real, nothing artificial. With just a few drops my cakes, buttercream and fillings are left with a delicious pineapple aroma that is maintained even after baking. I was surprised by how concentrated it is: it yields a lot and you don't need to use a lot of quantity to achieve a strong and balanced flavor. In addition, unlike many extracts, the flavor is not lost with the heat and remains perfect in cakes, cookies and glazes. I also love that it is gluten-free, vegan and sugar-free, ideal for use in different recipes and for customers with dietary restrictions. I have used it in cakes, frosting and even in smoothies, and everything is left with a tropical touch of professional pastry.

Great Pineapple Flavor
This pineapple extract has an intense and authentic pineapple taste. It's thick, not liquid, and a little goes a long way. It really penetrates into food, enhancing the flavor beautifully. If you're a pineapple lover, you'll absolutely love this! Highly recommend.

Great Flavoring
The baking performance was amazing. It was full of flavor. Doesn’t bake out. This product is upper versatile. Great value for your money. I will definitely be purchasing again in different flavors. There was no leakage from the bottle when it shipped. I used this for sugar-free/keto pineapple cupcakes. I didn’t have to use pineapple at all. It was amazing.
