Taste surprise resulting i normal candy cane
Bought these as a gag gift and it worked for all but 2 recipients. Turns out they love pickles, lol. The. Again so do i so yum. The pickle flavor is temporary then it turn into a normal mint candycane. I’d say less then 2 mins of pickleness. But i don’t want to torture my friend and thye enjoyed the change.

If you ever want to teach your child to NOT take candy without asking then this is the product!!!!
If you notice candy disappearing and your child doesn't seem to have a clue who took it.........Grab yourself a box of Pickle flavored candy canes and sit back and laugh! They definitely have a dill pickle taste but it goes away quickly for a nice candy cane center. My daughter now thinks twice before stealing candy AND she now loves dill pickles.....

I was soooo disappointed when I tried one
I was absolutely giddy when I saw these and could barely stand to wait for them to arrive! They are waaay more expensive than I would ever consider paying for 6 candy canes buuuuut they are pickle flavored! However, I was soooo disappointed when I tried one. There is barely any flavor at all, much less a "pickle" (dill, sweet or bread and butter) flavor! Even after eating 1/2 of one, I could still barely taste the pickle. Just to be sure it wasn't "just me", I had my roommate and his gf try the other 1/2 and each said it was awful and spit it out. Also, I do not know if it is simply the way they are made or if they were stale but it was chewy rather than crunchy as I was expecting.

Not very pickley
They don't taste bad, but I was hoping for a stronger pickle flavor.It's more of a slightly-dill-flavored candy cane than it is "pickle".There's no acidity, no tartness, not a hint of salt, and even the dill flavor is very mild.

These are a great dill!
These are just as vile as you would think, and it was wonderful! I bought them along with these other flavors by the same company: bacon, rotisserie chicken, and clam I used them for a work Christmas party where everyone got to taste them and try to guess what the flavor was. I mixed them up between sweet candy canes as well to throw people off. It was disgusting and everyone was cracking up! Of all the strange flavors this was the least bad. It was almost just a pickle after taste. A pickle essence if you will.

They were dill-y
If you like dill pickles then I'd expect you'd enjoy these candy canes. They have a nice dill flavor. As we all know candy canes tend to last a while so you'll enjoy the flavor for a long time. The packaging seems quite sufficient. The canes I received were all in one piece. The condition you received them in will obviously depends on the person handling the package. I would buy these again in the future.

Disappointed - Not Pickle Flavored
I purchased these as an early Christmas present for a friend. My friend immediately opened them to try one; she loves pickles. She thought her senses were missed up due to a cold, but I tried one and these DO NOT taste like pickles. I had high hopes for these. Very disappointed.
